Same thing happened to me. I had given my degree 35 days back in Abu Dhabi. They Said 25 working days i will get the degree. After 25 working days, i took a flight, went to delhi to see how much process is completed. I found out they have not even started to procedure. My degree is as it is. They are liarssss. I now plan to sue them and ask for compensation as my friend owns a law firm in Abu Dhabi. After all this they talk so rude like it was not their mistake. Unbelievable...

I have submitted my marriage certificate for attestation and have given it in the month of may and now they are asking money for not able to get it attested.
I Really Wanted to give Negative Rank, No proper response for delivering document, at the time of deal Assure to deliver document in 8 to 10 days but once I submit document and paid, no proper feedback, Almost 45 working days is over but still I haven't received my document back, The Document tracking system of Genius is completely fake. I Did a really mistake to submit my document to Genius Attestation.after 60days i got my certificate back but that is not my certificate this cheating people make fake certificate and give to me

Dont trust Mr.adil.He will not respond after recieving certificates..They are the liers..
Please dont give your certificates to genius attestation..You will face so many problems to get your certificates back.If you need details please call me [protected].I will explain everything.This is very very bad service.Initially they will respond very good by watsapp mail &phone.After recieving your certificates they will not answer any calls from you..Dont give your certificates for expressive cervice.They dont expressive seevice.But for the money they will tell lies.they are all liers.Especially mr.adil from mumbai & mrs mounika from hyderbad.

I too made a totally wrong decision by entrusting my documents to Genius Attestation, Bangalore branch.
What happened is i already asked mANY TIMEs whether they could do home state dept to Lucknow before Ministry External Affair, the lady who took my case said they had the service, they could do it from Delhi only. She didnt check or reassure anything further even after several times i asked the same questions abt home dept. She only bothered when i would courier the documents. The points are : she insisted me to courier the documents asap and do payment asap.
When it turned out that the supporting document were not attached, she urged me to mail it asap but the documents were already handled by processing team. Didnt she check it when she received the documents?
Then after few days, she reached me back saying that our documents COULDN'T BE PROCEED by the team bcs MEA asks for home dept attestation first and their team can't do it.
At last, she offered for refund but they gonna take some amount for their Service CHARGE. I was aware that they take quite high charge than other agencies but it wouldn't be the case if they really can handle my documents till end n send it back to me. For your information, we paid 13500 rs for 2 affidavits (@5000rs) plus delivery cost to Malaysia.
I was expecting to get help, to get relieve n have time to do another things in list, but I GOT ROBBED instead.
The frustation didn't stop there.
I agreed to cancel the process on Nov 17th. No news on 21st, i texted ms. Hajira the one i had been talking to since day 1, said she was on leave blabla. Another 2 days, gone still no news, then again she said she was on leave. On 27th, i dropped a message on Facebook asking for the account personel's number, Mr.kabeer.
Guess what, he didnt even know how much should be refunded to me when i called him that very day on Nov 27th, which is more than 1 week after i asked to get refund. He said they would refund that day but nothing. The next day i called him again n again but his number was always busy till end of working hour. I texted ms Hajira but she didnt reply. I called another number i found on website, operator said she wud call me back but none. 2 days later, on 29th, i dropped a message again on FB, then within 30 mins i got the money credited for 10500rs (YES, I lost 3000 rs for ###, yet the courier charge from Meerut to Bangalore). I lost my money, i lost my time, i lost my trust to them. I never want to deal with this company anymore.
*1 more thing, that tracking website, the status never changed till end. Till today when i am posting this.
My suggestions to anyone who needs this kind of service after my own experience :
Know your requirement first, ask the charge, ask the "what if"s for example if they fail to do the job, double assure their capability before sending your docs as well as money. And, i guess it wud be better to ask the authorized agencies of MEA. They know better.

Even I also experienced the same. They said the attestation would be done but are asking money for not completing the task as I have to pay for courier charges, the informer who comes to collect and return back the certificate without attestation.

I made the mistake of entrusting my documents for attestation with Genius attestation services at Thrissur, Kerala office, Their representative Mr Venu promised me that they will give the attested documents back in 8 days (not working days).
I gave 2 police clearance certificates, one from Dubai and one from India and a degree certificate to be apostilled and translated to Czech language so that I can submit to the Czech republic embassy in New Delhi. (Tracking id 0241866, 0241867, 0241868)
I submitted the documents on 25/07/2016 so I was expecting them on 01/08/2016 as I had appointment with Czech embassy in New Delhi. By 1st of August, I called their office in Thrissur and New Delhi and got the information that only translation is complete, and apostillation is not done so I had to Postpone my interview with Czech Republic embassy at New Delhi to 11th of August as I had to apply for a long term student visa.
I needed to submit the documents at Czech Republic embassy at the earliest. Things got worse as I had to fly to Prague on my college enrollment day. Repeated calls to Thrissur office and New Delhi office resulted in repeated assurances and promises. I waited for their courier to deliver my attested documents to my address in Thrissur. My interview date with the embassy was nearing and I didn't get the documents even on 10th of August, It was already 16 days.
I was in a panic situation, I called their Thrissur Office and he told the document will be ready by next day I.e 11th August so I flew to New Delhi to collect the document from their office personally as I was told that it will be ready. I had a hard time to locate their New Delhi Office which was located in a run down neighborhood in Ashram. They still didnt have the finished documents, I went to the Czech republic embassy without the documents, they turned us away. Mr Vinod in New Delhi office kept reassuring us that it will be available by next day 10 am, I was worried because 13th, 14th and 15th of August were holidays, we were in real trouble if we cant get it by 12th morning.
Again, we went to their new Delhi office and waited, time went on, 10, 11, 12 and then they promised us it will be ready at 1 pm. We waited, at 1 pm, they said, it will be available by 4 pm, Nothing special happened at 4 (the embassy closes at 5 pm), they said it will be ready by 5 pm, at 5 pm they said 6pm, Since the embassy would close by 5, it was of no use even if we got the documents.
We were staying in Delhi at a hotel in the Chanakyapuri area from 10th of August just for this purpose trusting these people. At 5 pm, we left the office disappointed (We sat there for 6 hours). It was already 18 days. Then by 7pm we got a call from the Delhi office saying that the translation and apostillation of Indian PCC and degree is done but they didnt know what to do with the Dubai PCC.
It took them 18 days to find out that they do not know what to do with the documents. We had no other choice, we extended our stay in Delhi for 4 more days. In 3 days time, we managed to get our Dubai PCC attested by Ministry of foreign affairs, Dubai and super-legalized by Czech embassy at Abu Dhabi and couriered back to us, by a family friend who has no previous experience in these matters.
The task which Genius attestation could not manage in 18 days, we could do ourselves in 3 days. On 16th we took the documents to Czech embassy and the embassy said the translation to Czech language done by Genius was COMPLETELY WRONG and it was a Google translation. The embassy told us to do the translation again from some other agency.
The New Delhi office of Genius told us they sent the documents to Czech Republic in Europe for translation and thats the reason for delay. They kept lying about anything and everything. When we received the document, there was a stamp of a Delhi based translation office whose legitimacy we highly doubt. All those lies fell apart.
Ultimately we did fresh translation from an approved agency which took just half an hour and submitted the documents on the same day. We were able to return home on 17th August after 7 days of stay in New Delhi and 23 days of submitting our documents to genius attestation. The hardship and the financial losses that we incurred during these days is unimaginable. Thousands of phone calls to Genius Thrissur and New Delhi on various numbers and dealing with clueless staff, journeys to and from their office, We didn't see any professionalism in their approach and were fooled by false assurances and thick lies.
So please stay away from these people as they do not have the knowledge or professionalism or morality to do any kind of job related to this. Do not be fooled by their fancy website, Their tracking system does not work and is only for show.
Any other way where i can escalate this issue?
