I gave my degree certificate for UAE attestation on 5th Oct 2023. I delivered the document to them neatly packed in an envelope with a hard back to avoid any creases on the degree. They collected 50% of the agreed cost at the time of degree collection. After the attestation process, on 16th Oct 2023, they asked me to pay the balance 50% which I paid as well. However, after I made the payment, they have carelessly handled the delivery of the document back to me. I called them continuously for the status and for couple of days they just made false promises that the document will be delivered today. Later they stopped receiving my calls as well. Ultimately when I received the document after 3 days I was surprised the way they packed my degree. It was packed in a flimsy envelope and had a lot of creases as if it had been folded multiple times. These guys talk very nicely until you owe them money. Once they get the money out of you they don't care what happens with your document. I sincerely request not to give your valuable documents to these guys who don't even understand its importance. They lack professionalism completely.

I had submitted my original document for Dubai Visa attestation as express service
The total time for this service was 15 to 18 Working days- Start Date 17th Dec
After one moths excluding weekends (Sunday) the company is refusing to provide me my original certificate, asking for the full amount of 13K to be paid even before handing over the certificate. 6500 is already paid, the rest was to be paid post completion and handover
Considering there is a lack of trust, and I have already lost the Job because of the delay
I am seeking a compensation of 500, 000 Rs for metal torture and Job loss
Moreover they are obligated to provide me the certificates immediately

Why you should *never* deal with Genius Attestation:
🚫 Dishonest: They try to sell you their "express" service (Rs. 3000 extra) and say that you will get your document attested in 2 weeks while "standard" service takes 3 weeks. The truth is that they put express and standard together and you just end up paying for nothing. The lady who sold me "express" was Nancy, their staff based in India. My document was submitted on 25 November 2022 in India, and I got it back only on 16 December (i opted to collect from UAE because they were pathetically slow). I had to yell at them multiple times on the phone to get it at least by that date. This is what they call "Express" service. What a frustrating experience! 😡😡👎👎

🚫 Money-minded: Their Kannur office (Lukkuman) refused to accept my original document without paying them first. I paid 50% but Nancy kept harassing me for the remaining 50% so I paid it. I got ### service in the end. Despite all this Nancy had the audacity to say I need to pay an extra Rs. 1000 to deliver the document to my residence. Even government services charge only AED 15 for document delivery. The least they could have done was send the document to compensate for the poor overpriced experience!👎👎

🚫 Cowardly management: I requested several times to speak to management. They hide behind their minions like Nancy, Lukkuman, and the lady who answers calls on their UAE number. On one call I could hear them talk in the background. The staff like Nancy and Lukkuman are hesitant to share management CONTACTs saying it will affect their job. 🤮

🚫 CUSTOMER unfriendly: On one occasion I called Nancy after being totally fed up of days of inactivity on my case. She had the audacity to say that she is on her lunch break! 🤢 After all the yelling and shouting I had to do to get them to do their job, I asked them to at least scan my attested document and send me the copy so I can apply for the family visa without further delay involved in collecting it from their office It costs them nothing to scan a document and email it but still they refused 🤷🤷

🚫 Fake reviews: Most of the reviews about this place are written by people who have done only 1-2 reviews on Google and they praise specific staff members. I'm pretty sure they're all fake and it's done to artificially inflate their star rating on Google. ⭐👎👎💩💩

🚫 Overpriced: They charged Rs. 15, 000 (around 700 AED) for attesting an indian marriage certificate. Other service providers charge you only 450 AED. They are selling you poor, slow, unfriendly service at a high price. Why even bother with Genius Attestation? ⁉️⁉️

Genius Attestation, claiming to be the best in the Attestation industry is a company that gives fake promises to the end users and goes unresponsive after they get the money. They are all unprofessionals

They took my original documents for the Attestation process with a promise that they’ll return the documents attested within 20 days. It’s been 2 months and they haven’t returned my original documents yet. Most of the time, they are unresponsive to calls, emails, messages, etc and sometimes if I am lucky they say it will take another couple of days to finish the Attestation. Because of the delay from Genius Attestation, I lost the job offer as I couldn’t submit the attested document on time.

I would like to raise the complaint against the Genius Attestation (https://www.attestation.in/ ) for the mental torture, fake promises and cheating customers

I had submitted my degree certificate on[protected] for QATAR attestation for VISA procedure's as my company required it urgently. It’s been almost 75 Days
It is submitted in UAE branch. Upon collection of documents they told me it will take 30-35 days for the complete process. The agency gave me a tracking id also.
Actually they have given is 30-35 working days, which they informed me when I ask the status, after the completion...

I had submitted my documents for uae embassay attestation to the genius attestaion services. At the time of submission they said notary +hrd+mea+uae attestation cost is19000. I paid single shot. Time duration is 25 to 30 working days. But after one week i called and asked them for follow up they told notary is over we submitted ur document to the respective state hrd but it take time 35 to 40 working days. I said i cant wait up to 40 working days please return my documents as early as possible. They told early not possible u should wait 10 days and for bringing documents they deduct 5000rs if i agree then they will return back to my documents other wise they says wait upto 40 days. I told ok for deducting 5000 rs. After received my documents from them they did not obtain notary also. Simply they deduct 5000rs from me.

GENIUS ATTESTATION.IN STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I made the mistake of entrusting my documents for attestation with Genius attestation services at Thrissur, Kerala office, Their representative Mr Venu promised me that they will give the attested documents back in 8 days (not working days).
I gave 2 police clearance certificates, one from Dubai and one from India and a degree certificate to be apostilled and translated to Czech language so that I can submit to the Czech republic embassy in New Delhi. (Tracking id 0241866, 0241867, 0241868)
I submitted the documents on 25/07/2016 so I was expecting them on 01/08/2016 as I had appointment with Czech embassy in New Delhi. By 1st of August, I called their office in Thrissur and New Delhi and got the information that only translation is complete, and apostillation is not done so I had to Postpone my interview with Czech Republic embassy at New Delhi to 11th of August as I had to apply for a long term student visa.

I needed to submit the documents at Czech Republic embassy at the earliest. Things got worse as I had to fly to Prague on my college enrollment day. Repeated calls to Thrissur office and New Delhi office resulted in repeated assurances and promises. I waited for their courier to deliver my attested documents to my address in Thrissur. My interview date with the embassy was nearing and I didn't get the documents even on 10th of August, It was already 16 days.

I was in a panic situation, I called their Thrissur Office and he told the document will be ready by next day I.e 11th August so I flew to New Delhi to collect the document from their office personally as I was told that it will be ready. I had a hard time to locate their New Delhi Office which was located in a run down neighborhood in Ashram. They still didnt have the finished documents, I went to the Czech republic embassy without the documents, they turned us away. Mr Vinod in New Delhi office kept reassuring us that it will be available by next day 10 am, I was worried because 13th, 14th and 15th of August were holidays, we were in real trouble if we cant get it by 12th morning.

Again, we went to their new Delhi office and waited, time went on, 10, 11, 12 and then they promised us it will be ready at 1 pm. We waited, at 1 pm, they said, it will be available by 4 pm, Nothing special happened at 4 (the embassy closes at 5 pm), they said it will be ready by 5 pm, at 5 pm they said 6pm, Since the embassy would close by 5, it was of no use even if we got the documents.

We were staying in Delhi at a hotel in the Chanakyapuri area from 10th of August just for this purpose trusting these people. At 5 pm, we left the office disappointed (We sat there for 6 hours). It was already 18 days. Then by 7pm we got a call from the Delhi office saying that the translation and apostillation of Indian PCC and degree is done but they didnt know what to do with the Dubai PCC.
It took them 18 days to find out that they do not know what to do with the documents. We had no other choice, we extended our stay in Delhi for 4 more days. In 3 days time, we managed to get our Dubai PCC attested by Ministry of foreign affairs, Dubai and super-legalized by Czech embassy at Abu Dhabi and couriered back to us, by a family friend who has no previous experience in these matters.

The task which Genius attestation could not manage in 18 days, we could do ourselves in 3 days. On 16th we took the documents to Czech embassy and the embassy said the translation to Czech language done by Genius was COMPLETELY WRONG and it was a Google translation. The embassy told us to do the translation again from some other agency.
The New Delhi office of Genius told us they sent the documents to Czech Republic in Europe for translation and thats the reason for delay. They kept lying about anything and everything. When we received the document, there was a stamp of a Delhi based translation office whose legitimacy we highly doubt. All those lies fell apart.

Ultimately we did fresh translation from an approved agency which took just half an hour and submitted the documents on the same day. We were able to return home on 17th August after 7 days of stay in New Delhi and 23 days of submitting our documents to genius attestation. The hardship and the financial losses that we incurred during these days is unimaginable. Thousands of phone calls to Genius Thrissur and New Delhi on various numbers and dealing with clueless staff, journeys to and from their office, We didn't see any professionalism in their approach and were fooled by false assurances and thick lies.
So please stay away from these people as they do not have the knowledge or professionalism or morality to do any kind of job related to this. Do not be fooled by their fancy website, Their tracking system does not work and is only for show.

They took an amount of 1500ADE(24000INR) from me and told they will take 20-25 "days" for attesting(note that other agencies are having maximum of 1000ADE).The agency give me a tracking id also.
