Never give your document to this company:
I needed by son's birth certificate to get attested in the US. They said it will take 12 to 15 days, and I can track it anytime I want to know exactly where the document is. That was a lie. They disappeared for almost 3 weeks without any information, and on the third week, when I started calling the center to track my document, they were not able to tell me where it is!!! All they were able to say is "sorry, the processing team didn't update the tracking file"!!!
For more than 4 days I was freaking out because they were not able to locate my document!!! Basically they have lost it!!!
When they finally found it in the US, they sent it to Dubai via a cheap courrier instead o[censored]sing DHL for example!!! They sent it on the 9th of July, but on the 16 of July the document has not yet reached Dubai!!! Which courier takes a week to deliver one document???!!!
Now I am still waiting for my document, which still needs to be attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai!!!
This agency take all their time, they don't care about the urgency of the matter, and they don't care about the customer. I called them multiple time and no one was able to give me a precise answer!!!
