I want to tell the truth about this company, first you have to send email prior to 25 day earlier for booking and if you ask for property details they will take 3 to 4 days in reply and will be providing you non standard hotels having just 1 or 2 star hotels. But as per the sale agreement they have committed to provide 4 or 5 star property. I multiple times send email and called them to provide standard hotels list but still they did not provide. The list of property they providing is like anyone can normally book under 1500 to 2000 price range. In the sale agreement breakfast and dinner are complementary but the hotel offered has no such inclusion. They completely making public fool and looting the money. On every booking they are asking for AMC 1500 per night additional charges over sale amount .They have always delayed response to your reply and they will reply you only when you constantly follow them. Very unprofessional staff and not providing the details you requested for. This cheating as they are not providing the service they have sale agreement with us.
