I want to tell the truth about this company, first you have to send email prior to 25 day earlier for booking and if you ask for property details they will take 3 to 4 days in reply and will be providing you non standard hotels having just 1 or 2 star hotels. But as per the sale agreement they have committed to provide 4 or 5 star property. I multiple times send email and called them to provide standard hotels list but still...

I purchased a package and paid 1.25 lakh

. Next day I asked for return of my amount 1.25 lakh, because I did not understand terms and conditions

Till now today date is 28 Mar 2026, they have not refunded my amount, although employee of the genuine hospitality pvr ltd Rahul Deshmukh gas promised that amount will be refunded within 7 days. 15 days passed but I have not received amount.
