George Varghese — Lenovo K6 Note, no battery back up

I bought K6 Note from Dev Agencies, Pathanamthitta, Kerala on[protected] and found the battery was draining so fast. Immediately referred to the authorized service center Mobile Hut, Pandalam Tel .[protected]. Initially Mobile Hut did not accept my complaint after showing warranty card. Instead they insisted on the bill. After that, Mobile Hut registered/entered the complaint on[protected] thru Worksheet No. 17515 and kept my phone with them. They have not checked or solved the issue, yet or returning it.

Now they do not pick-up the phone or always out of coverage area or switched off.

Need some help from Lenovo. I am a senior citizen with professional background. Difficult to travel 20 Kms and follow up with Mobile Hut.
