I had ordered a rain coat, it was only available in free size. But on receiving the product i realized that the SO CALLED FREE SIZE was not good enough and it was tighter. I sent an email to [protected]@askmebazaar.com and there was NO REPLY from you. How can u afford to not reply to an email in this era. I later called up the customer care and got no help from them as they mentioned that the website can only refund a product if it is damaged and cannot refund if the SIZE DOES NOT FIT.
