I used a new account to avail a referral offer from Getlook. They don't have anything automated, everytime we have to call them for confirmation and that too never gets connected and they don't call back either. However 1 customer agent said I could avail the offer post the service, but after the service was done the customer support was abusive and said I can't avail the referral offer as other services already was in offer! What logic is this? They were extremely unprofessional and asked to beautician to stay there as long as I don't pay, even if it meant for days or weeks! I felt very unsafe and paid and relieved the beautician. Totally disgusting site, never going to book for a slightly cheaper rate! EVER Was this information helpful? |
