Back to back 2 days last minute appointment gets cancelled or rescheduled

Pathetic and shameless bunch of team. One day i had eyebrows lamination and next day i had gel polish+some other services. First day after the appointment time get call that it would take ~1hr to reach, i get it rescheduled to next day alltogether and it was said one technician would do everything so i agreed. Again same story get call - mam can we reschedule to another day ? what do u think i cant be alive without ur gel polish and ur hair spa and eyebrows lamination ! plz respect others time specially when customers r paying for it not you !

unprofessional service
Extremely pathetic and not transparent service. In my previous experience as well whenever I as a customer tried complaint I have been ignored, they burnt me with waxing service and just said sorry, spa services they didn't give once inspite of taking the full payment, beautician comes and just doesn't half of the services and goes because of the time constraints. They will publish something and provide something and ride to customers. When we pay we pay for the full services and then they dnt even write that. Post the service when you complain they conveniently say they dnt have it in their service and what they have is not fulfilled by the beautician. They have given me burnts many times with their waxing machine and no reso

I had a service from getlook beauty services at home on sep 18th 2023.after the service I'm experiencing rashes and allergies on my body they're using cheap products.i couldn't cure the allergies.Atleast I need my refund of the service GT-438434.its the worst experience from getlook

Burnt underarms after RICA waxing
The assigned beautician Radha was careless and did not perform services well.
She skipped back message despite asking, did not complete pedicure, was on phone calls during services.
More than everything, its been 2 days since my red rashes on underarms are itching like anything and I am not able to move my arms also.
Pathetic services, I will not book or recommend you to anyone.

Bad Careless Beautician and bad Saloon Staff

Please note that Soniya was too careless while doing waxing I have got burnt marks on my both hands and in underarms got rashes, she was too casual in her approach. she disturbed me during facial and told me to wash my face after scrub and after facepack. Also she just sprinkled oil on my hands and legs and said you please apply this oil.
What a stupid unmannered and irritating lady this can be. Dare to send her next time to attend me .
Is this get look pathetic services by your beautician, I will ensure noone in entire Nanded City book your services now. as your management is least bothered about your clients not even have courtesy to express apology

Horrible customer service

I used a new account to avail a referral offer from Getlook. They don't have anything automated, everytime we have to call them for confirmation and that too never gets connected and they don't call back either. However 1 customer agent said I could avail the offer post the service, but after the service was done the customer support was abusive and said I can't avail the referral offer as other services already was in offer! What logic is this? They were extremely unprofessional and asked to beautician to stay there as long as I don't pay, even if it meant for days or weeks! I felt very unsafe and paid and relieved the beautician. Totally disgusting site, never going to book for a slightly cheaper rate! EVER

I have booked appointment at 4:00pm, which they never mentioned that the person will come between 4-5pm. Waited for an hour, above all the manager Dinesh doesnt know how to speak to client. Even after availing for 5 yrs thr service he was yelling on phone.

I booked service on 30th dec and they cancelled it even post confirmation saying beautician cannot reach. However till today I haven’t received my refund amount despite contacting thrice on whatsapp.

Horrible hair coloring

I have booked for global highlights hair color. The beautician is unprofessional didn't have much knowledge about hair color. She said something and result is totally opposite. I can't see my hairs. It's looking very patetic. I feel shame seeing me with this hair color. So many times called them for resolution they are like u will get call. None of them call back. Very disappointment.

Cancelling booking in last minute
I had booked for an appointment for 1st november 2021 on 29th october for 12pm to 12.20 pm. Noone visited or called till 12.30, hence while enquiring with the customer care, they say that the stylist was not well and cancelled in last minute.
Such a bad service provider, and no response of customer care contact on their website.
Only speaking to the customer care and she keeps telling only sorry and no solution

worst serv
I booked an appointment with getlook home salon service for facial, threading and bleach and the service was the worst i could ever face. The beautician was like good for nothing. She doesn't know anything about facial, she told me they were not given proper training. My question is geetlook people simply wants to rob customerz money and run?? I would never recommend getlook to anyone. No follow up call, no feedback response, no care for the customer just taking money. These people should b ashamed of fooling the public in the name of service.. I would rather pay double the amount for a satisfactory service than paying even a single penny to these cheaters. Kisi ko bhi utha k bhej dete hain.

Getlook delhi staff try to fool customers they use duplicate products and when we raise complaint to customer service they also instead of listening to customer they argue with them and put whole blame on customer.. Worst services, fraud people, when i asked for name and employee code of customer service executive he denied to to share details by stating its not allowed to them.

I had an appointment from getlook for service at home yesterday in the slot 5.30 to 6pm.
I kept on waiting till 6.30, then i called on there provided number on website
The person asked me whether the beautician has called me or not when i answered no, he said, he will confirm within 2 mins. After waiting for 10 more mins i kept on calling again on that number but nobody was picking it up.
Then i pinged them on whatsapp number provided on there app, after asking about the details, the lady said can we serve you tomorrow we dont have any beautician available.
When i booked the appointment in the afternoon on calling that number they confirmed me with the slot and date.
They dont have that courtesy to inform the customer prior time about their unavailability.
When contacted them they gave such excuses.
This was my first time with getlook with such a worst experience, will never suggest anyone for this service.

I have used services from getlook before and i was a satisfied customer... Just because of that, i booked an appointment for today also seeing the offer rs500 off for services above rs 1899/- as a festival offer valid till 31 mar for coupon code getlook500. On booking confirmation time, i came to know that this offer is valid only for first time customers... This was never shown in the website.. Request you to provide correct information in the websites when you are displaying coupon code.
Beautician came by 6:30pm today. At the end, my actual bill came around rs 2263, but i got two messages for payment, one saying rs2413 and another rs 2263... There was an update in the service and this was not considered in the bill of rs 2413... Unfortunately i clicked at the link of rs2413 and i have paid rs2413 instead of rs 2263... I called getlook employee and he said very rudely that he didnt receive any payment... I asked him to check again and let me know but i didn't get any call from him... I checked again and called him, he didn't pick call three times.. Sent him even the screenshots of my payment details and messages i got and 4th time when i called, he very rudely said that money once paid can't be refunded and i should have noticed when i did the payment.. Then he said 2% conveyance charge is added and i will not get any refund..in your website it is clearly mentioned that the rates shown are all inclusive of gst and conveyance... And now, why this sudden 2% conveyance charge?
I am really disappointed with this service and please request your staff to talk to customers in a nice way rather than shouting at them and talking rudely...

I had got a chin waxing done from fetlock and the way the beautician did it left a scar. On raising the issue to them and calling up multiple times, they only asked to submit the bills i encountered for skin treatment but sat idle over it.
Not only this, my money which was there in there wallet, they did not credit it in cash. On raising this issue back to them, they just behave as if they are not aware of anything.
Pathetic professional behaviour of the company.
They only post reviews of those who will talk good. They don't have a basic ethics to solve customer problems.

crass and callous call centre

Absolutely uncouth, illiterate staff at the call centre- they simply don't know the basics of customer service or communication - have three different people calling me to confirm an appointment for the past three days and still no appointment :)
I'd much rather take the inconvenience of going to the nearby parlor than to have slow, incompetent people wasting my treasured time

I booked a package, received its details on my email and yet the stylist refused to provide the services that i had already paid for. Not just that, when i complained to the customer service they were neither ready to understand my concern nor did they apologize for their mistake.
I have written confirmation of services i asked for and paid for but they said that they called and informed me that i would not be getting one of the services from the list.
They made the whole issue about discount and money whereas my problem was with the services. It is disappointing to see that a startup is behaving like a big corporation and running over their clients already.
Extremely unhappy and irritated with them.

I had availed home services (Salon service) from get look. The beautification was very careless and have put the boiling water over my face while giving steam. I have got a bad burns on my cheek. The beautician didn't care for what happened. When i approached regarding this issue to their team. They promised that they will get back with the solution. But till now there isn't any update. If am trying to reach them, they are ignoring my calls and not responding to my issue. They had promised to refund my amount as well but till now it didn't happen. Please look on to it at the earliest.

I called parlor ladies from getlook for beauty treatment at home. The lady was accompanied by another person probably her daughter, I allowed them inside and told the lady not to allow the other girl to do any service as she wasn't looking comfortable with her work. Despite that the lady let the newcomer do threading on my hand after waxing to remove small hairs. I could not find the bruises immediately but after washing my hands I felt little pain and I checked my hands. What I saw is attached in photo.
This is not the first time, even before I have had hygiene issue with these ppl. Once for a facial when the lady did massage it was full of hairs and when I questioned her she said, madam its ur own hair so not a big deal. This was informed to the feedback team and they promised to take an action against it. Not sure if they actually did.
But this time its serious to take such things so lightly.

During dropping the call, Himanshu told Shahida in Hindi to abuse me " what we call ma ki gaali in Hindi " I am not writing exact words as we are that decent enough not even to use such language. I wrote on whatsapp of Getlook and supervisor Ashish called , after listening me and confirming the words ( abusive language ) from beautician, he said he will get back to me, that getback didn't happened so far . I called the number again Himanshu picked and told me, we will take action on that man, he thought I will not recognise his voice. Do they really fool their customers like that? Any service based Industry works on Customer Service, if it could be any service provider, his manager would have immediately called off atleast for a sorry and apology email. Rather than that, I was told to wait and call Ashish after 5:30 PM //... Salute to you guys. I am HR professional, I know how to get things done. I told on whatsapp I will not pay for your services, here the another surprise was waiting for me. I got the reply, beautician has to pay from her pocket then and next appointment of her will be cancelled. Really???? Again rather than asking me apology, they are telling me, what will happen to the beautician? Do they charge the third person in their organisation if one person commit crime?Anyhow, I just used this trick so that at least any senior call me back, and that person should be punished. But sad to say, even person stopped replying me. I am law abiding citizen, I have paid cash to beautician for the services . I have lodged complaint of Getlook in PMo office for harassment and their behaviour towards their beauticians as well. I came to know they even dnt pay any compliance's to their staff. Sab black me he, no PF< NO ESI.. No complainces, no TDS..nothing..

I received call 17times to made my headack. At the time of service dey said didnt had dat item take another one and finally dey didnt send the beautician. Never take chance bcz dey just waste ur time n not provide service. Its fake site.
