Extremely pathetic and not transparent service. In my previous experience as well whenever I as a customer tried complaint I have been ignored, they burnt me with waxing service and just said sorry, spa services they didn't give once inspite of taking the full payment, beautician comes and just doesn't half of the services and goes because of the time constraints. They will publish something and provide something and ride to customers. When we pay we pay for the full services and then they dnt even write that. Post the service when you complain they conveniently say they dnt have it in their service and what they have is not fulfilled by the beautician.
