[Resolved]  GetMyNumber. In — Amount not refunded

I had purchased a Airtel Postpaid number from getmynumber.in for which they charged me Rs. 800.00. Initially during purchase they informed me that out of Rs. 800 they charge only Rs. 400 and remaining amount (i.e. 400) will come in the bill under security deposit. When i called them after getting the bill for first month they told that they will initiate a refund if it is not getting reflected the second month. Now after getting second month bill when i called them they are telling that remaining 400 is a dealer charge and there is nothing to refund. Hence can you please look into and resolve to get my amount back.
