There is an unauthorised, illegal & very dangerous fourth floor construction by Builder (Builder Name : Uppal Properties., Address of Builder :- Plot No. 2, Gyand Khand 1, Indirapuram, ghaziabad - 201014, Near St Francis School) at Vasundhara, A block, sector - 10A, Plot No. 109 near shivaji park. Which in future going to take lots of life due to collapsing of cracked wall developed beacuse o[censored]nauthorised construction of floor.I would request you to kindly take immediate action to safe live. Going to forward a mail regarding this to DM as well as CM of the state.

I want to give you the information about a lady whom case was going on with GDA ...To close that case that lady'sfamily submitted the death certificate to close the case but she is still alive.

Illegal Pipe sewage construction is going on at B 27, Ramparstha Colony, Ghaziabad 201011, nearby DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, POST OFFICE CHANDER NAGAR last 2 weeks by Plot no B-28, owner and his contractors.

It's illegal work and without permission B 28, owner is digging pipes for sewage construction.

If it allowed, all sewage will back flow towards our Appartment and it's already smelly.

It will be smelling bad and difficult to survive in this circumstance.

I request you please take necessary action and stop this illegalconstruction immediately.

We B 27 apartment owners will be very thankful to you.

Numerous illegal jugghi's are built up/constructed in plot no 762, niti khand-1, indirapuram, ghaziabad. 50-70 people are residing here thus creating lot of disturbance in our lives. they often indulge in quarrels/fights. they are also polluting the environment by burning wood. there are mosquitoes everywhere in that plot due to dirty water. kindly do the needful asap and remove/relocate those jugghi's and close this plot for any such use

I need shaft ventilation on my flat 784G but my neighbor(783A-784A) cover this ventilation for kitchen and bathroom and some dirty water comeout from shaft i want to clear the shaft.

My name is Nikita, I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which people in my colony are facing due to street dogs. There are so many mad street dogs in our colony because of them it has become very difficult to take step out of home. Today, my mother was bitten by street dog, and in the past many residents and children have also been bitten by these dogs. These dogs bark on all passer by and attack to bite them.

These dogs are fierce and multiplying at a very fast rate, they are around 7-10. This requires your serious attention on immediate basis. This is my humble request to you to pay attention to the complaint and send dog catching team in this area so that we can get rid of this problem asap.

While there are few people in our colony who feed these dogs and always create problem when we call dog catching teams. You are requested to execute it without listening to such people.

Illegal construction on the roof and illegal changes in his flat of 2nd Floor

This is to inform you that Mr. Soraj singh has constructed illegal room on our roof top D2-13/6 DLF colony. There is no GDA approved plan and also he has made illegal changes in his flat already without approved GDA plan and has done illegal construction in his flat and on roof, due to this building structure has damaged and water seepage in my flat several places. We informed many times to repair the damages and they didn’t take necessary action. Building is in very bad condition. This is a DLF company project now this DLF colony flats under in GDA department, due to this building condition is worst and infrastructure is very week, I have already done online complaint also.

Request you to take appropriate action against him on priority.

Respected Sir,

We, Suryapal Singh and MK Dwivedi, law-abiding residents of (First Floor & Second Floor) 276, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P - 201014 (Opposite Cambridge School, Indirapuram).

This is to bring to your kind notice that ground-floor residents of our building have illegally encroached a substantial section of the government land that lies in the front of the building. They have extended their residence by constructing a ramp and railing on the road and placed plants and pots to establish ownership of the area.

This encroachment has put us at risk as the ill-treated plants and pots have become a shelter for rodents, insects, lizards, and mosquitoes. The ramp so constructed clogs water and makes the area very slippery. The railing has caused many minor accidents so far.

We tried to mutually solve the issue. When we tried to compromise, they used coercion and undue influence to suppress us. They threatened us that they will resort to violence and physical harm if we raise objections to the said construction.

I am writing to you with high hopes and confidence that we would be safe and secure in your jurisdiction. I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and resolve the issue.

i have a compliant about GDA authorities, I need refund amount of security deposit(Rs. 20, 000) of EWS 872-41D In Madhuban Bapudham, drawn has been done in July 28, 2020, When i spoke to them, they told money will come 10-15 days, Its about to three months, now they didn't pickup my phone, not responded in emails, and now they have started saying, we do not know when the refund will be come on helpline numbers. I have enclosed my receipt of security amount.
