Dear Sir,

Complaint against the RWA of the aforesaid society.
We wish GDA interventions now on urgent basis. The said RWA biased and doing commercial activities in the society. Concerns areas are mentioned below...

1. Illegal Shops are running in the society and the major concern is RWA President also doing the same on his encroachment area.

2. Cause they are involving in the same they are biased for other to do the same and just because of this people cut the fencing in front of Flat no 1001 which majorly impacts security of the society.

I am submitting this complaint on the behalf of several residents of Delhi 99 Society. We are too much sad due to full team of monkeys. They are harming us many types sometimes they are entering into our flat's and they damaging house hold items and tearing the clothes daily. So please i would request to catch all monkeys. We can live with relax.

Sir, Sewer overflow since last 3 days at 528 Nyay Khand 3 Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Near Eastern Height Society. We have try to clean its various times but after a week it is overflow. We request you yo please look into the matter and try to resolve the problem.

श्रीमान जी, निवेदन यह ही कि हमारी कॉलोनी (राजनगर पंचवटी कॉलोनी नियर मुनेश पब्लिक स्कूल लोनी बॉर्डर ग़ज़िआबाद) जो कि आपके नगरीय क्षेत्र का ही हिस्सा है यहाँ पर दबंग मुकेश यादव पुत्र श्री जय प्रकाश पिछले कुछ दिनों से जबरन एक अवैध मोबाइल टावर लगवाने का प्रयास कर रहे है जिसका ढांचा भी लगभग खड़ा करवा चुके है और लगभग काम पूरा ही हो चुका है जिसके लिए उसके पास न तो प्रशासन का अनुमति पत्र है तथा न ही उसने सम्बंधित व (डॉ भीमराव आंबेडकर जनकल्याण सुधार समिति रजि.) को सूचित करना अनुचित समझा । जिस मकान पर यह काम चल रहा है उसमे पहले से ही दरार है जिससे कभी भी कोई हादसा हो सकता है हम पहले भी इसकी शिकायत सम्बन्धित SDM को कर चुके है जो केस को आपके पास रेफेर कर चुके है और हम सम्बंधित शिकायत पहले भी आपके पास भेज चुके है परन्तु अभी तक संज्ञान में नहीं लिया गया है। दुःख की बात ये है की लोकल पुलिस उन्हें पूरा सपोर्ट कर रही है और हमसे आपके आदेश कि कॉपी मांगती है जबकि ये लोग अपनी मनमानी कर रहे है तथा रोकने पर लोगो को डराते है तथा जातीसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करके गालिया देता है सारे निवासी बहुत आक्रोश में है । बाकि विवरण शिकायत पत्र में संलग्न है । कृपया जल्द से उचित कार्यवाही करने कि कृपा करे।

The families residing in the residential building at plot No. A 86, Rampur are facing lot of problems due the activities of M/s Anil Automobiles operating from a tiny space in front portion of the building.
The shop has a large number of vehicles and persons visiting throughout the day. It creates lot of noise pollution and undesirable movements. Some thefts have also occurred from the premises and some miscreants visiting the shop are suspected to behind such incidents.
It is requested that necessary action may please be taken to stop these activities.

I (Nageshwar Rawat )have applied for refund of h.no.D134A allotted in swarn jayanti Puram online on 12 nov20 but till now I have not received refund .
Plz tell me the reason of delay.suggest me to whom I should approach.

The sewer line in street of house no.592 g nyay khand-1, Indirapuram Ghaziabad is choked from last 13-14 days. This has resulted immense water logging on the road. Also, the sewer water is entering in the houses making life horrible.This is causing great hardship to the residents.I already registered a complaint but no action is taking yet. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this problem.Its my humble request.

Dear Sir,
Myself(Gaurav Vishnoi) resident of G1/414, Niti Khand-2, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I want to complaint against Mr. Chirag Agarwal owner of Plot#433, Niti Khand 2, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. So on his plot construction is going on and he has fully blocked our open area at the back(Photos attached) as a result of which our ventilation has stopped from back and we cannot live in our back room. I had a discussion with him but he is saying this is how his map is passed.
Also he is doing illegal construction by making rooms in basement area which is reserved for parking(Attached photo of construction site from basement floor where clearly it is visible that he is constructing rooms).
Kindly assist us on this as it has become almost impossible to stay in our back room because there is no ventilation now. Fayaz([protected]) and Sonu([protected]) is the name of builder who is doing construction and taken contract.

Dear sir,
There is an illegal commercial shop construction and construction without compounding going on at rajnagar r-1/25 rajnagar gzb. No GDA official come to stop that illegal commercial construction so plz act as soon as possible because this will show that if some body has money power they can do any thing. People has this type of mentality plz prove them wrong.

There is a green belt area behind Gagan Enclave colony near Bhatia morr G.T.Road separating houses from industry
Now people are putting metal plates in that area and all plants are destroyed
They are occupying the land little by little which is leading to complete deforestation of that area and now its just only few plants left
As pollution is major issue in our city we should try to protect as many plants as possible

Garbage collection vehicle is not coming on regular basis and when ask about the reason then driver is saying it’s not my problem and if want to complaint do so, it will not affect me any way.

They are using abusive language. His name is Raju.

We as a resident paying for this facility and if authorities are not able to implement this then don’t charge we will hire private people.

There is illegal construction happen on 3rd floor slab back side on builder floor already constructed include illegal water Connection. Perhaps Authority has allows only 3 floor.

I requesting engineer to come and check Plot no 174 flat no 106 owner name Neeraj mallik on 4rt floor roof top . for illegal construction.

Hello sir i am live in pratap vihar sector 11 h block opposite to gda pump room 10 floor building sir me and my society each and every people face water problem because gda pump room pump and water pipes damage many times and we all face many problem coz of water not come

Before 15 day gda water pump was damaged and only 2 wodker repair it for before 15 days and they does not work proprely they missing ther for at least 3 to 4 hours so please let see here please solve our problem

There is an unauthorised, illegal & very dangerous fourth floor construction by Builder (Builder Name : Uppal Properties., Address of Builder :- Plot No. 2, Gyand Khand 1, Indirapuram, ghaziabad - 201014, Near St Francis School) at Vasundhara, A block, sector - 10A, Plot No. 109 near shivaji park. Which in future going to take lots of life due to collapsing of cracked wall developed beacuse o[censored]nauthorised construction of floor.I would request you to kindly take immediate action to safe live. Going to forward a mail regarding this to DM as well as CM of the state.

Illegal Pipe sewage construction is going on at B 27, Ramparstha Colony, Ghaziabad 201011, nearby DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, POST OFFICE CHANDER NAGAR last 2 weeks by Plot no B-28, owner and his contractors.

It's illegal work and without permission B 28, owner is digging pipes for sewage construction.

If it allowed, all sewage will back flow towards our Appartment and it's already smelly.

It will be smelling bad and difficult to survive in this circumstance.

I request you please take necessary action and stop this illegalconstruction immediately.

We B 27 apartment owners will be very thankful to you.

Numerous illegal jugghi's are built up/constructed in plot no 762, niti khand-1, indirapuram, ghaziabad. 50-70 people are residing here thus creating lot of disturbance in our lives. they often indulge in quarrels/fights. they are also polluting the environment by burning wood. there are mosquitoes everywhere in that plot due to dirty water. kindly do the needful asap and remove/relocate those jugghi's and close this plot for any such use

I need shaft ventilation on my flat 784G but my neighbor(783A-784A) cover this ventilation for kitchen and bathroom and some dirty water comeout from shaft i want to clear the shaft.

My name is Nikita, I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which people in my colony are facing due to street dogs. There are so many mad street dogs in our colony because of them it has become very difficult to take step out of home. Today, my mother was bitten by street dog, and in the past many residents and children have also been bitten by these dogs. These dogs bark on all passer by and attack to bite them.

These dogs are fierce and multiplying at a very fast rate, they are around 7-10. This requires your serious attention on immediate basis. This is my humble request to you to pay attention to the complaint and send dog catching team in this area so that we can get rid of this problem asap.

While there are few people in our colony who feed these dogs and always create problem when we call dog catching teams. You are requested to execute it without listening to such people.
