The roads in this area are in very bad condition. They have not been repaired for the last 3 year. The roads have many pitfalls which sometimes cause accidents to unwary drivers.
During rains water collects here and there and drains overflow. The water stagnates giving rise to mosquito menace and malaria. I fail to understand why the authorities do not rise to the occasion and meet this menace to public health. At times it becomes very difficult to pass by the heaps of garbage and overflowing drains giving out strong nauseating smell.

I hope you will take stringent action on the condition of the roads. The exact location is front of avantika -2 which is under nagar nigam not in ansal. Please look into this matter.

I just want to inform you rera court given order 5 month back to refund my money with interest to mr jv construction company, palm resort raj nagar extension, ghaziabad

They given order 2nd time also but builder is not worried and he do not care for court order. Builder not refunded anything till now and once i contacted him he said he do not care for court order.

Kindly help me to execute the court order.

I reside in nyay khand-1 indirapuram in ews gda flats where some people on 3rd floor constructed whole new flat on terrace according to my knowledge it is illegal to build as building is only passed for 3 floor please have a look on that

We are facing a damp problem from november, 2019 from our neighbour's home and the address of our neighbour is m-86a, sanjay nagar ghaziabad. So many times we have discussed about this problem with our neighbour but he is ignoring the problem since november and as you know this time is very dangerous and typical for everyone's health and we want to resolve this problem as soon as possible because it can harm of our health.

So please resolve this and give a solution of this problem as soon as possible.

I am resident of abhay khand 3, indirapuram where there is so much of illigal shops are running from residential area. Shops are putting their big hoarding and parking veichels on road due to which it is impossible to live in this area. Due to which residents are thinking to move out of area as this is causing daily fightings between shopkeepers and residents.

Request you to look in this matter and take strict action so family people can live their lifes.

I want to bring your kind attention, my neighbour mr arun kishore saxena (Address :- plot no e-4, flat no : gf01 - gf02, slf ved vihar, loni ghaziabad-201102)
Has encroached public area constructing makeshift parking on the road & blocking my balcony visibility (Enclosed pics for reference).

He has also fixed the electric wire below my balcony which was earlier running between the streets (Enclosed pics for reference).

Besides he has constructed one more iron gate for his exit dishonouring gda approved map (Enclosed pics for reference).

He has been harassing my family in my absence, as self is in touring/ marketing job.

Though self has requested him not to do so but all efforts were turned down by him with an arrogant reply -"he is doing everything in front / exit of his flat so no body can stop him. He can put shade width as per his own wish."

So request you to look into the matter and do the needful by removing the unauthorized encroachment.

We are residents of 5/108, sec-2, opposite buddha park, rajendra nagar, sahibabad, gzb. We bring to your kind notice that a gym is running in an unauthorized structure subleted by builder in a residential building. The gym owner mr. Ravi, operates the gym but in this guise many unsocial people gather here and also use vulgar language. This causes much embarrassment to the residents of the building. We all have children and such behavior cannot be tolerated. So, request you to take necessary and urgent action.
As during this lockdown also they are opening gym.

In nai basti, ghaziabad (U. P.)-201001, there is a wholesale medical market where shopkeepers forwarded their shops in fronts illegally upto 5 to 6 ft because of which roads becomes shorter and congested due to which there is lot of noise pollution and traffic jam occurs.
People also captures roadsides by pillars and railings for their parking space which is completely illegal and wrong.
Kindly take a needful action to finish the illegal take overs.

Complaint regarding sewage overflow/logging, the dirty water of the sewage is spread over on the road, the mosquitoes are increased from dirty water of the sewage, the bad smell spread over in the locality of the colony. The overflow sewage is essential to repair/open the blockage of the sewage line immediately. Kindly resolve our problem as early as possible.

We have complained to aoa regarding the same even though no steps has been taken by them... Whereas the childrens and residents are regularly playing and walking in the street, parks, gym etc... We are worried about major hazardous so please took the appropriate steps on urgent basis...

My name is bipin chandra pant, plot no. 711, s-12, sector - 5, vaishali, ghaziabad.

The owner of plot no. 711, s - 11, is sector - 5, vaishali, ghaziabad has constructed illegal room in the roof of 3rd floor from my flat side also. I already intimated to her mother regarding the illegal construction from my roof side and also they have blocked the water drainage system of my flat.

Please took right action against them and distruct the illegal wall which they build in my flat also.

This is to bring to your notice that in ramprastha greens colony, vaishali ghaziabad, an illegal and unauthorised playground for children is being constructed opposite pearl apartments by the builder under the high tension electric connection. It is very dangerous and unsafe for children playing. Anytime there can be a mishappening. It is a request you to stop such activity immediately as it is at the cost of many young innocent lives.

I would like to inform the authority about the illegal construction going on for last two weeks of an old building renovation. During the process the pillars have been removed that could led the building to be collapsed. The encroachment is also done by the owner of the building in the common area by constructing in the gda premises and blocking the main way from both ends. This portion is not under the owner but he is doing...

Would like to pull your attention on green belt which was on vasundhara sector 5, sector3, and sector 1 (Kanavali puliya to sector 1)

All trees there is in very bed condition every year beside road trees are fallen down.

When i come in 2015 there were lots of trees but now condition is very critical.. A drain beside road is in critical condition, due to that trees near road are in critical condition and fallen down in rainy season..
Apart from that sever water is floting in green belt you can visit and verify near olive country. Smell is comming every time.

महोदया, सविनय निवेदन है कि महोदया शक्ति खण्ड 1 इंक्तिरापुरम पार्क संख्या 26 की बहुत खराब हालत है इसका कोई देख भाल नहीं हो रहा है अभी कुछ महीने पूर्व ही इसकी मरमत हुई है उस समय इस पार्क मे घास बी लगी थी उसके बावजूद भी पार्क की स्थिीत सहीे नहीं है। जिसके कारण वृद्ध और बच्चें लोगों को असुविधा हो रही है विषे कर वृद्ध लोगों को परेषानी हो रही है। पार्क के बिचों बिच कटाई वाला कूड़ा रखा गया है। धूल ओर मीठी इस पार्क पूरी मरमत टीक से नहीं हुयी है पार्क की फोटो आप को मेल मे दे रहा हु अतः महोदया से निवेदन है कि इस पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही की जाए।

There is issue in terms of sever the water is flowing from in the sever and the drainage are full, it is not connected with the main drainage line near himalya resency building.

We have complaint multiple times about the issue as the water is going inside the basements of the building which will be a reason of damage the foundation of these buildings.
We are really worried about the future of the building as it might causing similar accident happened in noida last year.

Please help us we are living in krishna garden colony sadarpur road and here some of the empty plots are there where some peoples are living in jhuggi illegally and they always throw the garbage and doing toilets in other plots.

While making the oppose they are trying to hit us back and use abdomen languages where we are living in our own house.

As a part of swach bharat abhyan we are trying to make clean our society but this peoples are low background are still not with us to keep the city clean. Please help us...

I would request esteemed department that i had filed a complaint on 26 november 2019 in gda regarding illegal barikading of rdc parking space and collection of lakhs of rupees.

I was informed by a letter 769/parivartan zone -3/2019 that the accused had been served a notice for removal of the barikading, but since over 40 days no action had been taken by the accused group of mr. Sunder sharma [protected] and around 10 more powerfull goons.

Kindly take relevant action for recovery of government revenue from the above and removal of barikading.
