Prime plaza plot 84 sec 5 rajinder nagar ghaziabad building shop no g1 & g2 "secret masala" ground floor is been opened a food joint by violating all building norms they have merged small approx 120 sq feet two shop
Secret masala made unauthorized construction, encroach the building common parking space for the seating of their customers and cooking purpose. The shop owner also installed cooking gas and there is no fire safety arrangement, they are also creating pollution by spreading smoke of kitchen as in proper exhaust, which is hazard for the safety and health of the entire location as building all floors except ground is for residence. Secret masala also cut the tress and using tress for their advertisement as well lighting purpose. Illegal activity ie drinking etc also noticed
Rwa is tried to convince that common are for the parking use of all building occupants but owner does not listen.

Requested for the immediate stop of the operation of the secret masala

I uma shankar lal karn, flat no - 202, yash home, phase-2, unione residency i have complaint against the illegal construction done by builder in the roof top and parking area. But the gda is not taking any action by saying the colony is unauthorized and the gda also said that the any illegal construction is subject to your and builder mutual understanding.

Dear sir if i am complaining against the illegal construction then whom should i approach to take action against the illegal construction by builder. As the gda directly refusing to interfere in our case. Please help us to resolve our problem.

Hi i am one of citizen wanted to tell you that m resident of f block pratap vihar area and here lots of people construct building with 5 floor of flats, where's govt approved only 3 floor.. Also building attached with electric poll which is very highly unsafe for all residents near by... Can you please in our area and take some strong action. We all residents grateful to you if you come and investigate each and every flats specially f 307 b sector 11 opp leelawati public school pratap vihar ghaziabad.

Hi, this is to bring in your kind notice that the sewer issue from last 2 months in ur society everywhere mosquito breading, which causes lot of seasonal diseases to our small kids under 4 year. So in order to prevent these problem need to be done in our society as soon as possible. Our society under dirty water empty plot filled by water.
Request to gda plz come and see how we living there in front of ka 377 sewer is break and water flowing 24/7 all # stone mosquito even i can't write wats all going flow from sewer.

Please do. Something.

Sir,
We all resident of a-9/6 dlf ankur vihar loni ghaziabad submits that without getting gda approved building sanction plan the captioned builder wrongly/illegally captured the parking space and threatened to all residents of any one complainant any where, you should face the consequence, we request to the authorities to inspect the condition of the building and if any illegality is there kindly penalise the said builder.

I Deepak Sharma resident of FF-1 B-12 Swarn Jayanti puram in my neighbour Mr. Mukesh Kumar residing UG-1/B12 doing unauthorized contraction in the building.He is making illegal bathroom in the from of the building. He has covered png gas pipe line too.

If we all member of the building object on the issue he fight with us and saying tum se jo ho sake wo ker lo .

Please look into the matter accordingly.

The front yard of the ground area is only vacate for the purpose of parking space. Unfortunately it is too sad to inform you that one of a ground floor owner. Running commercial activities. Vacate parking area, which caused chaotic situation day to day. So you are requested to take suitable action to this case. Extra space for stairs on road side this is not legal (Encroachment)

There is one shop also at basement totally illegal and covered parking area as well.

Subject : illegal construction of house n0 3/641, 3/652 and 3/655 vasundhara ghaziabad uttar pradesh.
Builders are purchasing 65 meter plot and making construction four floors and and making balcony 3 feet on road side. Builders are sale every flat on single unit. This works are being done permission of awas vikas parsad and gda officers. They are giving permission by taking black money.
Please take action against gda officers and builders as soon as possible. Or allow all person to make four floor and balcony on road.

I would like to draw your kind attention that all the residents of this society are using illegal borewell for there water requirements, colony seem like unauthorized and builder is also using bore well for construction work and few residents running shops within there houses and using this water for commercial purpose as well, all concerned authorities should verify authencity of the colony and resources like water electricity used for construction of these sort of colonies.

We have noticed from the news paper that you are planning to install the above in various parks in ghaziabad. Plese be informed that our colony was developed by you 30 years ago but there is no proper drainage system and in the rainy season it become hell, most of the rain water is logged in the park or enters into the houses. As such we request that the above may be installed in our park for recharge of ground water lavel.

Dear sir,

This is our humble request that please look into this matter daily we are facing trouble to reach our home at unione residency behrampur near green hotel.
Sir i have already complained for same in april 2019 and i received call that it will be ok till june 2019 and sir this is july 25th.
Sir please look into that really we are suffering so much, sir daily i pray to god that me and my 2 year baby could reach safe at home.
If i met any accident on that way then only you guys will be fully responsible because yesterday i was coming in auto and this audo's tyre stucked in mud and me and daughter could not came out then some good people helped us.

I have been allotted a plot near chandrshila building gate someone have encroached main gate of chandrshila building and footpath

He also using electricity by iron piller of street light which also in front of chandrshila building gate can hurt live wire
No body would like to buy a flat in such a building who's main gate is encroached
Also notable that there is 11000 volt line is in front of chandrshila main gate

I would like to bring your kind notice that in the month of june 2018 the above mention property was sealed by ghaziabad development authority for non compliance of compounding, due to which the construction was stopped and till date the property is not de-sealed by the ghaziabad development authority however, it is pertinent mention here that the illegal and unauthorized construction is carried on by the owner of the said property.
Therefore, you are requested to take necessary and immediate action against the property's owner. And stopped the said illegal construction which is still being carried on.

Here below l192, owner of ground floor tries to dismental the supporting walls between the bathroom and the room so as to make a'hall' which proves a threat for the collapse of building. So inorder to prevent human and economical losses i request you to take immediate action to stop the construction, i will be highly thankful to you.in hope sachinjauhari, l192, sector 23, sanjay nagar, ghaziabad.

The property in our colony was sealed due to illegal construction and non approved maps from the gda. This property has been developed for two floors and there is no approval or information given to the gda in any form. Gda has taken a step to seal the property. His balconies are on the road that means outside his plot boundary and also he has planned to build entry stairs on the road which will not only create disturbance to the neighbours but will also hinder the traffic on the road. These stairs should be inside his plot boundary. This property is still being constructed and the construction work is going on without permission from the gda. Please find below the photograph of the same. Kindly take the necessary steps against the owner of b-350 patel nagar second, ghaziabad-201003.

I have applied vide application no. 15314 with dd no. 032204 dated 29/09/18 for rs.5050, in scheme code -853, property code -41d, under durbal ayya warg category of new pradhan mnatri awasiya yojna-madhuban bapudham.
But depite lapse of 11 months, i am unawre about the draw, any date of draw or the refund thereof, in case of non-allotment.

The dga, ghaziabad, authority are requested to keep me inform about the present status and refund, if processed or likely to be processed.

This is to bring to your notice that the road near dps indira puram gets to its worst in rains. It is very difficult to drop children in the school as there is a risk of falling down in the dirty water and it is extremely difficult to drive past the area which is full of pits and muddy pools. Most of the time there are traffic jams in this road which makes it a herculean task for the parents to reach school.

Would request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
