The above said kala patthar road of indirapuram was constructed by gda sufficient wide, but it has become a very narrow due encroachment by shopkeepers almost covered not only footpath but also half of the road. The other reason of congestion is parking of the vehicles of customers come there.

Although so many boards of no parking have been fixed by the traffic on the but no one cares about it due to absence of any action from the department. The people have lost the fear of the law and order.

Will gda take care of the problem of encroachment by shopkeepers and un authorised parking of the vehicles.

An early action is required.

Owner of top floor (Second) flat having roof rights has placed a collection of more than 200 flower pots on rooftop thus exerting heavy weight on building structure. Do he have rights for the same?? Who will be responsible in case of any disaster and what are measures can be taken? Kindly help and guide me

I am a resident of gandhi nagar, ghaziabad. I want to file a complain on the unauthorized flower shop and swing setup (Near tng store) in front of my home property. When we ask them to remove it, they use foul language and refuse to remove it. Also, they do hooliganism whenever we try them to remove from our property.

Please help us in getting them removed from our property.

I am still waiting for my refund of the scheme of 2007. I had registered for gda indraprastha housing scheme code 756 in catagory ews. My challan form number is 24883 and dd no. 701198 dt 02/11/07. I had deposited rs 5, 040/- for registration. It is 10 years and i still haven't received my refund. Since i was not allotted in the draw, please refund me the money at my bank account. Hi sir/madam,

This is the second complaint i am putting for the same reason of cleanliness. Previous complaint was[protected] which has not been actioned till now since one month.
To explain the issue – i have been reading in newspaper that our prime minister mr modi and chief minister mr. Yogi are focussing a lot on cleanliness but i feel that is a waste until and unless garbage is been dumped at the mid location of residential area. This is a very porche location of chiranjiv vihar and if this location can’t be cleaned then it’s a waste of advertisements and campaigns by local authorities to clean our surroundings.

Everyday nagar nigam and local sweepers put garbage in front of our house “opposite chancellor club chiranjiv vihar”. We have refused /scolded them million times but seems they don’t even bother.
I immediately need your intervention to clean this, also make sure that no garbage is been dumped in front of chancellor club and proper cleanliness should be there. Please confirm when this this is done

In c block brij vihar most of the single store house occupied 2 to 10 feet. They covered the space by grill, some make cemented wall and chabutara.
If you move forward from ram leela madan main road, its very bad situation. Most of people cover the drain system completely, due to which it impossible to move water in drain. Due to which road is full of water in light rain.
Its very bad situation and going worst. Hope gda will look and fix it.

I would like to know the date of granting occupation or completion certificate by authority for g block plot no gh-06 aditya world city apartment nh 24 ghaziabad since till may 2018 i physically went to site it was not complete. However the builder is claiming and imposing interest on us from oct 2017 stating that the flats were ready for possession however you have not taken it. Please help

We 800+ families, living in Cloud 9 Towers, Ahinsa Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, have become prey to Rishabh Buildwell. While purchasing the flats, we have been promised to deliver the good quality houses. But in reality these are so scary that #LIFEATRISK., On a regular basis, we keep meeting with the builder and always in a requesting mode ask him to fix the issues, but our request/plea/complains are not taken seriously by him.

A plat no a-96 vacant in parasnath paradise since a long time (With full grass). Now a days a big snake visible in this plot. But no one know colony resident know the owner of above plot.
Our request is please remove the grass from the plot if possible to catch the snake.
Due to presence of snake colony resident leaving in fear because our small kids/children play near the plot.
Pl look into seriously.

We r living in sec2a vaishali. All shop keepers has captured many space on road and front of all residental buildings. We r suffering from huge problem. Shop keepers r giving threat to us.

We are the residents of plat no. 656, total 20 flats are there in the building. While buying the flat builder showed us the full parking space to park at least 20 cars, but later suddenly he created a shop and sold illegally, which is a revenue loss to gda & electricity as well. This space eaten up 4 car parking space.

We hereby request you to please look in to this & oblize us.

The drains in left side of plot no 471 in indraprastha yojna (D block) gda colony, ghaziabad is overflowing since one month. It is miserable to live in the foul smell and it has also become a breeding site for mosquitoes.
It is requested to look into matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Hoping for quick action.

This is to bring in your notice that ill legal construction has been started on road and pavement by many people in bm compound; gt road, ghantaghar, ghaziabad, in front of pnb, main branch.
Presently the people living in the home at the name of mr madan lal dhiman have started illegal construction on road and pavement and there is no space left on road for movement. The the residents of colony are facing difficulties because of this illegal construction. They are digging road for this purpose. They are making pillars on road.
Many other persons in the same colony already encroached many areas which belong to road and pavement.
So i request you to take immediate and necessary action to stop such illegal construction going on presently as well as on that also which already has been done.

Subject :- to refund the agreement money from property owner

I dhirendra kumar choudhary, address - b-1/260, ground floor, yamuna vihar delhi -110053 & my original residence in bihar. Due to need of small residence in delhi ncr, i search small house. During search some body told about property - d-21, g-1, ground floor, kaushambi, ghaziabad, u. P. Mr. Awdesh jha is owner of property. I meet to him and finished the rate of property is 32, 00, 000.00 indian rupiess. Both sign the agreement with some term and condition with advance 50, 000.00 indian rupiess (With bank transfer). During the paper verification of bank for loan against the property, the bank clearly told me without approval gda map and floor plan we not gave nay loan against the property. And my advocate also told to me that house is not authorized with gda. So that i cancel the purchasing this property. Without loan the amount is very high so i cant perches this.
As per agreement i told to mr. Awdesh jha to refund my money.
But he ignore all agreement and he told i did not take money from you.

I have agreement and other document.
Please help to me for refunding money from such type fraud property seller.

अधिकारी महोदय राजेंद्र नगर साहिबाबाद में सेक्टर पाँच प्लॉट नम्बर ५/४४ में अवेध निर्माणहोने की अशंगा व्यक्त है. क़रीब २५० मीटर के प्लॉट में ७ मंज़िला इमारत के निर्माण की अनुमति कहा से दी गई . जिसमें कमर्शल दुकान भी निकली गई है. निर्मानित ढाँचे के पास स्कूल है और तुरंत कार्यवाही ना करने पर अनहोनी होने की आशंका है. एक पत्र इस संदेह पर श्रीमती रितु माहेश्वरी को भी भेज दिया है. आशा है कि कार्यवाही में देरी नहीं होगी क्यूँकि बिल्डर फ़्लैट बेच कर फ़रार हो सकता है.

I would like to bring your kind attention that there is very bad smell due to sewer choked and water logging in the balcony of my neighbouring flat g-1, plot no 187, vaishali, sector 4 ghaziabad. This may cause malaria, dengue and other disease, it is very difficult to live in this situation.
Regarding that, i have contacted many time to the flat owner mr. Aggrawal over telephone but his response was very negative, neither he has provided the key of this vacant flat nor he is coming to flat to rectify all these things. I have also contacted to our police choki, vaishali sector 2 on 19/08/18 and one chowki constable has also telephoned the flat owner but his response was very negative.

G - 101, 106 brave hearts apartments raj nagar extension kotwali sihani gate hai. Kareeb 12:00 pm jab mai apne bachhe ko school se lene ja rahi thi tab school ki owner (Harshi pla) mere bachhe ko lekar aa rahi thi jiski aankh me kafi gambhir chhot thi or usme se khoon nikal raha tha yeh dekh mai ghabra gayi or karan poochhne par unhone kaha 1 bachhe ne nakhoon mar diya hai maine kaha mujhe us bachhe ke parents ka number dijiye to unhone kaha hum bachho ke parents ka number share nahi karte hai uske baad mai ghar aa gayi. Fir mere husband ne jab bachhe ki chhot ko dekha to unhone kaha ye to kisi nukili cheez ka nishan hai. Ispar maine school ki owner ko call kiya to unhone kaha ki aapke bachhe ne pencil lekar khud hi maar li thi. Ye jawab mujhe sahi nahi laga, maine unse agrah kiya mujhe sahi baat bataeye to unhone kaha ki yahi sahi baat hai to unhone kaha ki kal se apne bachhe ko yanha mat bhejna hamare paas itna samay nahi hota ki hun sabko jawab dete rahe. Unki ye baat sunkar maine unhe kaha mai police me complaint karungi tabhi sahi karan aap bataogi. Is baat ko sun kar harshi pal apne pati or school ki 2 teachers ke sath mere ghar aa gayi or haath jodkar mafi mangi or request ki ke aage se kabhi aisa nahi hoga or 2 din baad jab chhot theek ho jae aap apne bachhe ko bhej dena hum uska achhe se khayal rakkhenge. Aaj dinak - 21 august 2018 ko jab mai apne bachhe ko school lekar gayi to unhone mere bachhe ka admission lene se mana kar diya, karan poochhne par unhone mujhse kaha ki hamare school me 70- 80 bachhe padte hain aaye din bachho ko chhot bhi lagti hai agar roz hum unke maa baap ko jawab hi dete rahenge to chal gaya hamara school. Isliye hum aapke bachhe ko le nahi sakte. Maine unse kaha us din to aap bahut bol raha the ki hum aapke bachhe ka dhyan rakkhenge pls aap hame 1 mauka dijiye or aaj aapki statement bilkul hi badal gayi to unhone kaha ki us din baat kuch or thi aaj baat kuch or hai.
Jab humne is school ke baare me pata kiya to pata chala ke school unauthorized hai or school me kabhi bhi koi badi ghatna ghat sakti hai, atah prashasan se mera anurodh hai is school ki janch karke uchit karwai ki jaye. Jisse aane wale samay me bachho ke mata pita ko kisi badi ghatna ka shikar na hona pade.
