Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] Complaints & Reviews

I would like to bring to your notice the extremely severe drainage problem in the whole of indirapuram (Ghaziabad, up). It has been a problem since we have started living here, and i will not be wrong if i say that each and every resident of this area is facing the same.
Even though i have seen machines cleaning drains every now and then, the problem is never resolved as the drain outlets are not proper.

I bought a flat 469 in year 2011 from mahagun in kaveri tower, mahagunpuram phase 2, village - mehrauli, ghaziabad.

Parking was not mandatory and so i did not opt for parking

I do not need parking as i use public transportation

Now when flat is ready for possession they are threating me to by parking or forget my paid money

Sir we are live in hno. 823 a nayay khand indirapuram ghaziabad. For last 13 day water supply is stoped due to some reason all other get water supply except our building. Please look in this matter as soon as possible. Their are lots of problem faced due to breakage of water supply. I also call on your helpline no but no one pick up the call. There is very heavy and il-legal encroachment going on at shalimar garden extn 2 sahibabad, and its increasing day by day. More than 50 % of road is encroached il legally.in april all encrachments were removed by gda, but again after few days the n has become same. Its very difficult to walj even, in the market. Kindly remove all the emcroachments immediatly and keek a check every time, so that no encroachments take place again.

I am resident of indira puram nyay khand - i. There are two ram leelas running in nyay khand - i within 100 meter range. Both are running in the government park without permission.

They use loudspeaker till late night and disturb all the person living around.

I see few unauthorised and illegal construction in the roof are going on, i try to object them but they did not hear anything.

Sir this is to inform you that the ro plant set up in our area is not providing water properly. First of all the timing given is 7.00am to 12.00pm and evening 4.00pm to 9.00pm. The complaint is that they do not open in time if they open at 7.00am they take time to fill the water tank another 30 to 50 min to fill it, mean while we have to stay in line for 1 to 2 hrs after that for every bottle filling we have to wait for 2 to 3min for filling...

Hi team

This is regarding road damage issue near eastern heights nyay khand 3. Indirapuram. The condition is very bad and dangerous.

Roads damage starts from ganpati food to eastern heights. The conditions of roads are so poor leading to frequent accidents nowdays.

Please look into this matter and solve as soon as possible.

Dear gda team,

I am resident of dlf dilshad extn-ii, ghazibad-201005 here roads condition is pathetic and deteriorating day by day. Now it seems, there is no such road built earlier.in rainy season, all sewers are over-flowed and sewage water come into roads and walk on roads is next to impossible. Due to this condition, many accidents are occurred.

Please make road as earliest as possible.

In neel padam kunj, vaishali sector-1, main road opposite dabur / yashoda hospital... Its is quite old (Almost 22 years old building)

Currently there is massive & rampant encroachment of common area & illegal constructions is happening in e block (Especially all ground floor flats), j block (Ground floor), roof of fg block are rampant and illegal.
