Sir,
I am resident of G-302(2nd Floor), Milan Vihar Phase-1, Abhay Khan-3, Indirapuram. The owner of Ground floor G-102 is illegally changing the internal structure of the building which is not permitted as per GDA guidelines and also as per the registration of the Flat. Since, this building does not have any piler, any changes in the original structure will endanger the life of all resident of this G-Block. GDA is requested to take necessary action and legal action also against the owner of Flat no-G-102, Milan Vihar Phase-1, Abhay Khan-3, Indirapuram at the earliest.

The permission for construction is 2.5 flats & total const. Of 3 floors.
Total construction of flats here r 12 pn no. & kitcheh also 12.
The permission & approval is of 10 flats & 6 kitchen only this way 2 flats & 6 kitchen unauthorised & illegal.
The living condition & enviormental pollution is v. Much unsafe for living.
Thus i request you to kindly see & investigate the building condition & arrange for demolision o[censored]nauthorised flat & kitchens.

Respected sir, this is to inform you that i bought the flat in ghaziabad add apartment t-3 609 6th floor tower -3 organic ghar plot gh 03 block a jaipuria sunrise green n-24 ghaziabad - 201003. As per communicate by builder at the time of property purchase payment plan is 2:8but due to nbfc error they are ask for pls pay the 2nd demand. I got the property 17.5lacs but as per received payment plan from indiabulls they are mention the pp cost is 19.40lacs. Request you to please check and resolve my issue asap.

I have a complain regarding green belt/park adjoining to surya kanishk tower in sector-4, vaishali, ghazabad -201010 on the service lane to vaishali metro and adjoining to mahaluxmi metro tower.
Geen belt/park mentioned above is captured by influential person and their intention to capture it permanently. Construction material and debris already placed three. I think within 2-3 days, green belt will lost and concrete structure will be there.
These person does not afraid as they already capture some part of street by putting vendors and kiosks one after another since last year.
I across daily from that road and see they gradually capture the public place/street/ green belt.
I can't disclose my identity but being a conscious citizen, it's my duty to inform the incidence.

I have booked the flat in june 2013 with a promise from the builder that they will deliver within 36 months, hence the project was supposed to get delivered in june 2016. Builder requested that there was some problem and so there is little delay of 6 months or so. But now there seems to be no hope, even the rera is showing now project delivery date of may 2019. This is really unfair and builder is not responding at all and there is no assurance about the completion of the project. My hard earned money is stuck and need govt. Help here

They have been fooling their customer since begining this project. Now they are promising to deliever the project by April 3018 which seams next to impossible.
GDA and UP RERA need to take strong action against them.
Flat buyers have spent their hard earn money. And now they feel robbed.

Respected sir,
I have booked a flat in ozone classik project rajnagar extensison in 2015
Builder commitment was given possession on mid 2017. But there is minor construction held, which was shut down in april 2017. Now builder announced that this project is not able to complete. And project is not registered in rera till date.
I have invest my total money in this project for the dream of my own house. And 100 other customer is also suffering. Now builder is not giving back our money. Mr jagdish yadav ([protected]), mrs kavita yadav, mr. Shivkumar gupta ([protected]) and mr priyanshu bindal ([protected]) are the director of this project. And they run also one another project in noida ex. French apartmnt. So pls do the help us.

Dear sir/mam,

I am a resident of ashiana greens in ahinsa khand 2. This is to complaint regarding an empty plot near ashiana greens ahinsa khand 2 which had caught fir today morning - 26/10/2017 at 10.30 am. The fire was caused due to a lot of dry foliage at the empty plot. The plot shares its boundary wall with ashiana greens, and hence the fire had spread to ashiana greens as well. We had doused the fire using emergency fire hoses.

The main concern is due to the bad upkeep of the plot. It is filled with wild grass and bushes and it provides a perfect housing and hideout for rhodents and snakes aswell. The residents of ashiana greens have complained about this before aswell and no actions were taken. Several incidence of snakes spotting has occured and complaints to the plot owner have also been made but no action taken. This is serious issue and the plot owner needs to be reprimanded for the same as it is his moral responsibility to keep his plot clean. Please take this matter seriously as we are soon going to take this matter up with the higher authorities.

I am rajiv kumar ([protected]), me and my wife meenakshi purchased a flat in mahagun puram phase 2 gayatri tower flat no 2061 in year 2016, that time we did not purchase parking and mahagun people said that parking is not mandatory but now they are forcing us to purchase parking as they said its made mandatory by gda, i could not find any notification on gda site. Also, mahagun did not provide any information on the gda notification about parking. I see there are many other customers facing same issue with mahagun. Could you please help use all with this case?

Garbage is continously dumped and burnt near the shakti khand 4 and Indrapuram region causing lot of pollution and breathing problems for the civic society. We have adjoining schools and colleges nearby the dumping site. Please help in stoping the garbage dumping and burning asap.

I bought a flat 1484 1020 sq foot flat in year 2015 from mahagun in narmada tower, mahagunpuram phase 2, village - mehrauli, ghaziabad.

Parking was not mandatory at that time of booking and so i did not opt for parking

I do not need parking as i use public transportation.

Now when flat is ready for possession they are threating me to by parking or forget my paid money

They told me that gda has stopped flat registration without parking from past one month

When i bought the flat in 2015, gda did not have this policy and so i do not come under such recent requirements.

Court has issued an arrest warrant on behalf of gda to daulatram @ d178 ramprastha colony. This notice is not at all related to daulatram who has never owned any plot/flat in his entire life. Case is 15 year old i. E year 2002, therefore withdraw this notice otherwise i will file suit against gda as i am a senior citizen of aged 78 years. I hooe authority will look into this matter and withdraw the case earliest possible.

In B-3, Shalimar Garden Extn. II flat no GL-5 has covered common space in building obstructing ventilation and inconvinence to neighborhood. Also covered balcony and installed AC in front of kitchen obstructing ventilation.

I, Mamta bisht W/O Roop Singh Bisht Flat-2482 Narmada Tower Builder Mahagunpuram Location -NH-24 Mehrauli Village, would like to bring in the following concerns to your kind notice that :- 1) I received â€œOffer of Possessionâ€ With Statement of accounts & computation of stamp duty payable dated 03.10.2017 via courier blue dart and we had Diwali this month and so many holidays to arrange the required money. This is not the industry norm and so I request you to extend the dates to atleast 30th Nov 2017 . 2) I bought a flat in Mahagunpuram Phase II; details are in the subject. 3) I did not opt for Parking at the time of purchase the unit as it was optional & that is also mentioned in the allotment letter/ Builder/ Buyer agreement . I do not intend to buy parking in future as I do not require it and use public transport . 4) Recently I received â€œOffer of possessionâ€ by Mahagun to pay the dues by 31st October and get the registration done with GDA . BUT A) Mahagun staff is threatening me to pay 3 Lacs for (Covered Parking) or 1.75 Lac for (Mechanical Parking) to get possession of the said flat B) Mahagun Staff are not accepting dues without parking payment and threatening me that I will have to pay the money along with parking money; only then you will accept our cheques or else I will have to forget my flat or money for ever . C) Please be clear that I AM READY TO PAY THE MONEY AS PER THE DEMAND SENT BY YOU ALONG WITH POSSESSION OFFER post penalty money adjustment but Mahagun is not accepting it which implies that if any payment is delayed that will be because of Mahagun and not because of me . D) Mahagun is not clarifying the dues on me post penalty adjustment; penalty is due on you for long as you did not deliver flat in promised time; this is written and agreed in Builder/ Buyer agreement. Where is my penalty money or interest of not paying it on time to me? E) I will not be able to pay any money due to lack of any clear demand/ justifications/ GDA notification letter received by you about parking . F) Mahagun is saying that GDA has stopped registering residential flats without purchasing parking in Ghaziabad area with immediate effect in past one month time but not sharing any GDA/ Govt. authorized notification in this regard. Please resolve this issue asap and ensure smooth handover/ registration of my flat; I have been waiting from 1 years;

I would like to bring to your notice the extremely severe drainage problem in the whole of indirapuram (Ghaziabad, up). It has been a problem since we have started living here, and i will not be wrong if i say that each and every resident of this area is facing the same.
Even though i have seen machines cleaning drains every now and then, the problem is never resolved as the drain outlets are not proper.
The monsoon season is the worst. The filthy drain water overflows onto the streets due to poor outlets and clogging of the drains. People have to drive through these flooded streets and even waste a good 30-40 minutes if the water enters the silencer. Worse still is that people have to walk through this water because every road is absolutely water - logged. This water logging proves as a health threat as well and is altogether a disgusting sight.
Therefore, it is my sincere request that you look into this matter and immediately take action. We have suffered for a long time, and we hope that you will take the necessary measures to relieve us of this menace.

Please look in this matter as soon as possible. Their are lots of problem faced due to breakage of water supply. I also call on your helpline no but no one pick up the call. I am a resident of l-116/a lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad.
Recently, few months ago my neighbours l-115/a mr. Amit srivastava and l-115/b mrs deepa razak has intentionally damaged and closed permanently our sewer gas pipe passing from their house which gda has provided due to which the poisonous sewer gases are being relesed in my house from the filthy sewer.
This has consequently causing severe suffocation, headaches and respiratory distresses to us due to these toxic gases released from sewer.
I have several time requested my neighbours to solve out the problem but they have denied to solve it out and threaten us of their relations with politicians and higher authorities.
I and my wife both are senior citizens and children don't live with us.
It is becoming very difficult for us to live here due to bad smell all the day in our house.
Its my humble request to the concerned authorities to sort out the problem and take action against it as soon as possible so that we can live here peacefully.

There is very heavy and il-legal encroachment going on at shalimar garden extn 2 sahibabad, and its increasing day by day. More than 50 % of road is encroached il legally.in april all encrachments were removed by gda, but again after few days the n has become same. Its very difficult to walj even, in the market. Kindly remove all the emcroachments immediatly and keek a check every time, so that no encroachments take place again.

We have booked a flat in land craft's river height phase 2 project.
We were suppose to get possession during dec 2106. But then they convinced that there is 6 month grace period. Now since june 2017 i am asking the concern for possession but every time they say that it will be ready this month.
This excuse is continue.
This time i started monitoring the progress of flat internal works from the month start, but till date there is no work completion. The flat is as it is. It means the commitments they make are pointless and fake.

This time i have also copy mailed to [protected]@gmail.com.
It will be clearly seen that they how they make commitments and do not give possession.

Please help us. We have invested hard earned money. We pay high emi.
