Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] Complaints & Reviews

I, Mamta bisht W/O Roop Singh Bisht Flat-2482 Narmada Tower Builder Mahagunpuram Location -NH-24 Mehrauli Village, would like to bring in the following concerns to your kind notice that :- 1) I received “Offer of Possession” With Statement of accounts & computation of stamp duty payable dated 03.10.2017 via courier blue dart and we had Diwali this month and so many holidays to arrange the required money. This is not the industry norm and so I request you to extend the dates to atleast 30th Nov 2017 . 2) I bought a flat in Mahagunpuram Phase II; details are in the subject. 3) I did not opt for Parking at the time of purchase the unit as it was optional & that is also mentioned in the allotment letter/ Builder/ Buyer agreement . I do not intend to buy parking in future as I do not require it and use public transport . 4) Recently I received “Offer of possession” by Mahagun to pay the dues by 31st October and get the registration done with GDA . BUT A) Mahagun staff is threatening me to pay 3 Lacs for (Covered Parking) or 1.75 Lac for (Mechanical Parking) to get possession of the said flat B) Mahagun Staff are not accepting dues without parking payment and threatening me that I will have to pay the money along with parking money; only then you will accept our cheques or else I will have to forget my flat or money for ever . C) Please be clear that I AM READY TO PAY THE MONEY AS PER THE DEMAND SENT BY YOU ALONG WITH POSSESSION OFFER post penalty money adjustment but Mahagun is not accepting it which implies that if any payment is delayed that will be because of Mahagun and not because of me . D) Mahagun is not clarifying the dues on me post penalty adjustment; penalty is due on you for long as you did not deliver flat in promised time; this is written and agreed in Builder/ Buyer agreement. Where is my penalty money or interest of not paying it on time to me? E) I will not be able to pay any money due to lack of any clear demand/ justifications/ GDA notification letter received by you about parking . F) Mahagun is saying that GDA has stopped registering residential flats without purchasing parking in Ghaziabad area with immediate effect in past one month time but not sharing any GDA/ Govt. authorized notification in this regard. Please resolve this issue asap and ensure smooth handover/ registration of my flat; I have been waiting from 1 years;
