Dear Sir,
I have been allotted a flat in Indraprastha housing scheme 844, 63M code. The flat no. is J506. I have sent surrender application on 11th February 2016 and it is received at GDA office on 15th February as per tracking status of speed post.
I have written several emails to [protected]@gmail.com, but they are not able to solve the problem. The email id of Vice chairman vcgda.[protected]@yahoo.in is not working at all.
I did not get my money back into my account, it has almost been 3 months.

My complaint No. is GDA4900, which I posted on your department whatsup No. [protected] with the some picture o[censored]nauthorized construction on the open area of the building. One Shri Brijpal, (Supervisor) came GDA who silently met the accused party in their home. Never taken any statement from the complainant and the other resident of the building. As a result unauthorised structure has been plastered without any fear and preparation has been made for putting roof on it.

Sir I reside with my family members on the upper ground floor. Three of my family members are in Govt. jobs and children are preparing for competitive exams. Any one can enter my gallary through this unauthorized structure and possibility of theft may take place. The incharge of P.P. Tulsi Niketan has already been informed reg. this. But no action has been taken place till date. It is therefore requested kindly check and verify the property papers of the culprit belongs to this property and immediate action may please be taken through a responsible officer.

I want to logged complaint of leakage of water in sector 2 kamna vaishali near e31/c block due to this water is not coming in third floor and due to hot weather we are not even getting single bucket of water i have given complaint many time but no action taken please do needful so that we get water because we are paying house tax on time and also all dues of gda but after that we are facing problem please see on this matter on serious basis and taken action according to that

This is with regards to the deplorable conditions of the localities in vaishali and vasundhara caused by the incessant dumping of garbage all around the places. Most of the fields have become garbage dumping zones and is causing havoc to the residents. The smell around these areas is unbearable. Especially the field near atal chowk is one of the largest dumping area. Garbage is carried in trucks and is being dumped in this field on a regular basis. The garbage is often burnt adding to the already accelerating air pollution. The garbage also spills over to the nearby areas and also on the roads. Moreover, there are two schools around this area and several residential complexes. It poses grave threat to the health ofthe residents and the children. The prime minister has initiated the swach bharat yojna and we are already paying taxes for it. Such ignorance of responsibilities from the authorities is highly condemnable. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it with utmost priority.

I had applied for one flat in ews housing scheme koyal enclave through application no. 65288 dated 9 february, 2008 (Scheme code - 758; property code-41d; quota code-01;payplan code-03) application in the name o[censored]mesh agarwal s/o sh. J. P agarwal, r/o 13, harsh vihar, pitampura, road no.44, delhi-110034. I had deposited a sum of inr 17040/- through dd no. 005262 dated 7 february, 2008 payable at j&k bank, delhi in the favour of vice chairman, gda, ghaziabad.

I have searched in numerous times on the internet and newspaper regarding my application and till today i have not received any allotment letter/refund/information from gda for the same. I have tried so many times contacting gda on landline telephone but no positive result came for the same. From last 6-7 years my job was transferred to kerala and now i have come back to delhi.

I am sending a copy of acknowledgement of my application. I am requesting you kindly inform to me about the present status of my application as soon as possible and oblige me. I am very hopeful for positive response from your end.

Dear citizens of ghaziabad

The gda well known body's staff is highly unethical, rude, rowdy and simply intolerable. They do not have basic sense as to how to speak.

I think gda recruits unruly, uneducated staff at lower level. There is a clear nexus of clerks seeking money for everything.

There is high level of corruption exists in gda. Website is maintained in a very dramatic way. There is no option to log online complaint.

The minute you enter to the reception of gda you can sense that, this place is worst on the earth. Even many officials are involved in this racket and instead correcting the situation, they are becoming part of it.

A highly corrupt place on the earth. I do not know what vice chairman is monitoring. Seeking an appointment with vc is next to impossible as he is busy in pleasing his political akas instead of doing improvement in the system.

Gda should be scrapped and it should be given to private sector to run and manage as these officials are not going to improve at all. This is a proven fact that, there is no willingness at leadership level to correct the situation.

Vc and other senior officials are only publicity hungry and just do the mere lip service.

The gda staff can be improved in 15 days flat by sacking unwanted and unruly staff members and see the changes. Suspend and remove the corrupt officials and see the changes.

It takes lot of guts to leadership and i think no one is willing to take this tag of gda man like metro man.

I have applied for gda flat ubder scheme code 310 and 410 under category code 002 and made the following online payments.

1. Rs. 10, 350/- on 21.11.14 ( application form no. Gdah[protected] and
2. Rs. 20, 350/- on 26.11.14 (Application form no. Gdah[protected]

The draw for the above schemes could not be held in time and was ultimately cancelled. The gda returned the amount of rs. 10, 000/- and rs. 20, 000/- respectively in feb.'16 and march"16 . Since the delay was on the part of gda, gda is liable to pay the penal interest for keeping the money for nearly one and half year.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to pay me the penal interest @ 18% on the payment made as above at your ealiest.

Same problem still i am facing now..Still i did not got my refund money. Even i visit at icici bank in lohia nagar branch but my details was not found in database..Very strange..I talked many time but still no any output..

I am living in societ named jyoti super village, rajnagar extension, ghaziabad .We have submited eec and edc charges but we find that on 24 mtr road there are no street lights. Due to crime rates are increasing in that area day by day. So we request you please install street lights.Also there is too much problem of sewage. As still sewage treatment palnt is not working there.

The grievance is that khasra no. 1578 situated at village sadarpur, dist ghaziabad which is recorded as chakroad in the revenue record has been encroached upon by the ghaziabad development authority (Gda).

(Having regard to this grievance, it is open to the petitioner to invoke the provisions of section 133 of the code of criminal procedure, 1973. We, accordingly, leave it open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the competent authority for an expeditious decision thereon.)

I have submitted application in GDA office with required documents( allotment letter, ID proof, cancelled check...etc) to refund my registraion money for below property but still amount has not refunded & there is no information given by GDA till now. I am a resident of gyan khand-1 indirapuram ghaziabad and want to draw your attention towards park situated in this area. No water facilities are there and all greenery environment are shattering. All grass n trees went dull and shattered. There lots of garbage are there in park and none of staffs came from GDA to clean the park and decompose waste and garbage.it's very important to maintain greenery n clean environment of park where kids old age spend much of their time. This directly affects our health.
Also some person misusing govt things like chairs and plants and harming &disturbing other people in park.

I am resident of 285B, Abhay Khand-III, M.I.G. flats. Indirapuram
Our flat is on second floor and the owner of flat above ours I.e. owner of 285C has constructed a balcony above ours, ispite of our objection, for extending their room. They have broken our balcony parapet and constructed a pillar.
Also they are not maintaining their toilets and kitchen properly, due to which lot of sweepage is coming in our flat and afraid sometime roof can fall.
In spite of complains several times no action taken.
Please intervene to demolish illegally constructed balcony and get their toilets maintained to stop sweepage.

Dear Sir,

We have been complaining since 2014 regarding unauthorised jhuggis in front of plot no 8 and 22, gyan khand I, indirapuram, ghaziabad 201010, but the complaints are falling on deaf ears. We have made complaints at Police station and GDA authority, Ghaziabad with cc to Chief Minister o[censored]P number of times but there is no action taken. Due to this people who are living here are faced to lot of inconvinence like power fluctuation due to power thefts, robberies, eve teasing, chain snatching, prostitution and dacoity.

Hope the concerned authority will heed to our appeal and will take action.

Kindly do not force us to go on agitation like rasta roko, hunger strike...

Attached road image is the main connectivity of shalimar garden toward dilshad garden. This road is totally damage and require well constructed road. This road is not build for last 5years as i guess. Please do favor on citizen of this town and do the needful as soon as possible.

I have to inform you that the house no. C-4 chabra colony, Shalimar housing complex Shalimar garden near 80feet road is over area constructed. This is unauthorized construction bcoz the area is not in the paper.. Please come to given area and inspected...

I would like bring your kind attention on the illegal construction taking place on third floor of plot no- 238, Flat no-S1, Shyam park main, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad - 201005. This building was made in 2013 and was approved for two floors only. New flat construction in this old and weak building is posing threat to other residents of this building as well as for neighbours. Kindly intervene as soon as possible to avoid any future mis-happening.
