Dear sir,
I am resident of 285B, Abhay Khand-III, M.I.G. flats. Indirapuram
Our flat is on second floor and the owner of flat above ours I.e. owner of 285C has constructed a balcony above ours, ispite of our objection, for extending their room. They have broken our balcony parapet and constructed a pillar.
Also they are not maintaining their toilets and kitchen properly, due to which lot of sweepage is coming in our flat and afraid sometime roof can fall.
In spite of complains several times no action taken.
Please intervene to demolish illegally constructed balcony and get their toilets maintained to stop sweepage.

Dear Sir,

We have been complaining since 2014 regarding unauthorised jhuggis in front of plot no 8 and 22, gyan khand I, indirapuram, ghaziabad 201010, but the complaints are falling on deaf ears. We have made complaints at Police station and GDA authority, Ghaziabad with cc to Chief Minister o[censored]P number of times but there is no action taken. Due to this people who are living here are faced to lot of inconvinence like power fluctuation due to power thefts, robberies, eve teasing, chain snatching, prostitution and dacoity.

Hope the concerned authority will heed to our appeal and will take action.

Kindly do not force us to go on agitation like rasta roko, hunger strike...

looking forward to settle the issue at the earliest.

Hi,

Attached road image is the main connectivity of shalimar garden toward dilshad garden. This road is totally damage and require well constructed road. This road is not build for last 5years as i guess. Please do favor on citizen of this town and do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I would like bring your kind attention on the illegal construction taking place on third floor of plot no- 238, Flat no-S1, Shyam park main, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad - 201005. This building was made in 2013 and was approved for two floors only. New flat construction in this old and weak building is posing threat to other residents of this building as well as for neighbours. Kindly intervene as soon as possible to avoid any future mis-happening.

A speedy response on your part shall be appreciated.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to take your attention and need your immediate action for repairing of a bust /breakage o[censored]nderground drinking water supply pipe on sai mandir chowk, near abhay khand-1 soceity, indirapuram.
It has been one month since the pipe is busted and hundred of litres of drinking water is getting wasted everyday.

Please send your staff to repair the pipe as soon as possible because water is also getting into the nearest societies and shops, homes and blocked on roads due to which people are facing lots of problem.

The GDA authority persons have started work for reparing of the pipeline on 26th feb 2016 and resolved the task. The authority didn't email me or called before or after the completion of task.

The problem has been solved by the GDA authority.

Please note the feedback:

1. GDA manpower should be increased so that maximum complaints can be solved in timely manner.

2. GDA authority officials should be trained with more better communication and mannerful skills for response to public via. phone /directly.

3. 24 x 7 - compaints registration phone line/communication medium/ mobile apps should be made for informing / registering of any damage that needs to be resloved on high priorty level ( In emergency level)

No lights in the park located behind the Radission Blue hotel in Kaushambi. Also plants are watered die to which plants are drying. Please look into it.

I had applied for a flat in in GDA scheme code - 310 category code-002 online on 04.11.2014 but I have come to know from GDA help line that scheme had been withdrawn by GDA, but neither I had received any information fron GDA nor get my refund. Again how can GDA, a responsible authority make public fool by doing such activity. What is about the registration money as well as application fee- @350/- each at that time, if scheme is withdrawn. GDA should also refund the amount with application fee with appropriate interest @ 18%, which it charges from defaulters. any body can suggest abut it.

I had applied for a flat in in GDA scheme code - 310 category code-002 online on 16.11.2014.
Same problem still I am facing now..still I did not got my refund money. even I visit at ICICI bank in Lohia nagar branch but my details was not found in database..very strange..I talked many time but still no any output..
Please check my details and let me know ASAP..

Sir, I am resident of Flat No. 103, 5/87, Sec-2, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Distt-Ghaziabad-201005. The builder has built 6 flats in plot no. 5/87 having area of around 228 Sq yards and all are sold out. Builder has sold parking to five flat owners but their is space for parking 2 cars only. Builder has forcibly occupied more than half area of stilt parking. Builder has also rented out illigally occupied space to some unknown people. This may put the life of building occupants in danger. Please take necessary actions so that builder vacate the illigally occupied area and demolish his fabricated structure at the cost of builder so that full area can be used as parking. This is regarding the park behind Redission Blue Hotel in Kaushambi area, Sec 14, Ghaziabad. Some miscreants do play Gilli Danda dangerously, injuring the morning/evening walkers and sometimes breaking the car windows parked outside the park. They come from nearby village and talk nonsense when asked to move to some other place. Please take some action against them so that Park could be used properly.

So pls take a action we already file a complaint on above matter but no action taken...Hw gda approve a map for construction bcs its 3 floor plan in 1 plot with 3 flats but they make 6 flats

My father is a senior citizen of India & living at A-53 Rampuri, Ghaziabad, UP. There is a restaurant besides my place name as Aashiana Restaurant addressed as A-54 Rampuri, Ghaziabad, UP has illegally done unauthorized construction to its place due to this we have been facing problems. Unauthorized construction he did as follows: 1. As per law nobody is allowed to cover veranda however he has covered whole of his veranda & made shutters over there. Due to this the air cross ventilation has been stopped & this creates breathing problem to us. 2. Tiles on the other side of the road: He pasted tiles on the other side of the road which in the result causes rise in the temperature & causes problem to me.
