I had applied for a flat in in GDA scheme code - 310 category code-002 online on 04.11.2014 but I have come to know from GDA help line that scheme had been withdrawn by GDA, but neither I had received any information fron GDA nor get my refund. Again how can GDA, a responsible authority make public fool by doing such activity. What is about the registration money as well as application fee- @350/- each at that time, if scheme is withdrawn. GDA should also refund the amount with application fee with appropriate interest @ 18%, which it charges from defaulters. any body can suggest abut it.

Same problem still I am facing now..still I did not got my refund money. even I visit at ICICI bank in Lohia nagar branch but my details was not found in database..very strange..I talked many time but still no any output..
Please check my details and let me know ASAP..

    I had applied for a flat in in GDA scheme code - 410 category code-002, dated[protected] but I had gotten information that scheme had been withdrawn by GDA, but neither I had received any information fron GDA nor get my refund.       Sir, I am resident of Flat No. 103, 5/87, Sec-2, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad, Distt-Ghaziabad-201005. The builder has built 6 flats in plot no. 5/87 having area of around 228 Sq yards and all are sold out. Builder has sold parking to five flat owners but their is space for parking 2 cars only. Builder has forcibly occupied more than half area of stilt parking. Builder has also rented out illigally occupied space to some unknown people. This may put the life of building occupants in danger. Please take necessary actions so that builder vacate the illigally occupied area and demolish his fabricated structure at the cost of builder so that full area can be used as parking.         I Mr.amit gupta R/O 828 gr floor shakti khand -4 indrapuram ghaziabad inform u that condition of our park in our area is not easy for me to explian better to plz cum in shakti khund -4 & look after the situation with yr eyes No proper maintainence No one cum in park to proper watering No one take care for clean the park roads on our area totally damage So it is requested to plz look after the sitution & resolve it at earliest

            This is regarding the park behind Redission Blue Hotel in Kaushambi area, Sec 14, Ghaziabad. Some miscreants do play Gilli Danda dangerously, injuring the morning/evening walkers and sometimes breaking the car windows parked outside the park. They come from nearby village and talk nonsense when asked to move to some other place. Please take some action against them so that Park could be used properly.

                Refund of registration amount

                It is brought to your kind attention that the third floor vacant area above my flat no. 868 B, Naya Kand - I, Indrapuram, Gzb has been cleaned and door has been placed at the vacant flat, as the same is being misused by neighbors for throwing waste. Due to the same I am facing seepage at my flat. So you are requested to seal the above flat so that the same is not misused by neighbors.

                  Plot no.885 shakti khand 4 indrapuram gzbd - 90 mtrs area and owner with builder are making illegal construction like 2 flat construct in one floor ... So pls take a action we already file a complaint on above matter but no action taken...Hw gda approve a map for construction bcs its 3 floor plan in 1 plot with 3 flats but they make 6 flats

                      My father is a senior citizen of India & living at A-53 Rampuri, Ghaziabad, UP. There is a restaurant besides my place name as Aashiana Restaurant addressed as A-54 Rampuri, Ghaziabad, UP has illegally done unauthorized construction to its place due to this we have been facing problems. Unauthorized construction he did as follows: 1. As per law nobody is allowed to cover veranda however he has covered whole of his veranda & made shutters over there. Due to this the air cross ventilation has been stopped & this creates breathing problem to us. 2. Tiles on the other side of the road: He pasted tiles on the other side of the road which in the result causes rise in the temperature & causes problem to me.                         Mr.Manoj Jain of 71 HIG Chander nagar 201011 Purchased this duplex when electric genetrator was already installed on his side of park, but due to pollution and sound he now wants to shift the generator on my side 82HIG house which will create problem for me . The generator is owned by 2-3 family living in Chander nagar society not willing to remove the generator completely.                           i have deposited 50, 000 rs as registration amount in gda scheme (gda indraprastha housing scheme 2015 under samajwadi awas yojna) . Later the lottery was unsuccessful. Now it has been more then 2 months passed the result drawn and i have not received the registration money.

                                  HI, on the reference of gundaraj and misbehave to the society residents by RWA of mahagun mosaic ph-1 society. The current RWA members (Abhinav Tiwari(general security), Dinesh Yadav(president) of mahagun mosaic ph-1, sec-4, vashali, ghaziabad.not running any Society, but threaten and blackmaling society member. The chit fund and sociery, meerut done audit(as attached in below mails) and found lot of loopholes, but event then RWA members threaten and doing cheating the society members by charging electricity pre paid meters(half the total amount)ie On Rs 1000 charging only Rs 500. All the RWA members and their subordinates use free electricity coupons and its confirmed in chit fund audit report. Kindly help the society members to stop illegal electricity blackmailing and stop RWA gundaraj in the society. Regards
