Sir,
It is a humble request to you that near Ved Vihar (Near Shankar Vihar Auto Stand Bhadana Builder) two sewers (next to Building No. A-104 and A-105) are continuously water coming out because a few days ago in front of Royal Garden The water on this side was closed, because some service was probably being done, due to which blockage has happened due to which the water is overflowing.

Please solve it soon.

[आपसे सविनय निवेदन है की वेद विहार ( नियर शंकर विहार ऑटो स्टैंड भड़ाना बिल्डर ) के पास से दो सीवर ( बिल्डिंग नंबर A-१०४ एंड A-१०५ के आगे ) से लगातार पानी निकल रहा है क्युकी कुछ दिन पहले रॉयल गार्डन के आगे से इस साइड का पानी बंद कर दिया गया था, क्युकी शायद कुछ सर्विस हो रही थी जिसकी वजह से ब्लॉकेज हो गई है जिससे पानी ओवरफ्लो हो रहा है.

कृपया जल्द ही इसका समाधान करे. ]

As I had complained earlier also that there is a sewer problem here and now again water has started coming out of the sewer, due to which the passers-by are facing a lot of trouble. So please solve the solar problem as soon as possible.

The lady staying in first floor of Plot no. 260 Sector 5 is feeding every day 4-5 street dogs. So once when some one walk past the said building the dogs bark menacingly and come to bite. When asked, the lady says it's not her dog/s but street dogs and accepts that she feeds them. And advises us to contact GDA if you face some problem. Can GDA help relocate these street dogs.

This complaint is regarding the problem of stray dog in my area.
I am resident of C- Block, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. My house is located near GDA market C- Block. The number of stray dogs are increasing rapidly here. They create ruckus on most of the days and it has affected our lives. They have almost made it difficult to walk at night as they keep on chasing. Please take some strict action to avoid any accident or incident.

Water is not coming

Dear Concerned person,

We are residing at Nyay Khand 1 at 503B GDA flat. But facing a very bad issue of water problem. no water since 23rd Sept 2022 Morning. And Very often electricity power cut. Atleast this is the very basic need of any person. kindly look into this issue very seriously.

I have the honor to inform that, Side of my adjacent plot no. 390, which is unauthorizedly occupied by some jhuggies, and illegally using Electricity. They are disturbing the lane discipline, Their day to day activity and water uses / water logging in front and back of the plot damaging our building structure. Earlier Complaint is raised at NITIKHAND-II Police Chauki, Indirapuram. But No action is being taken to remove them.
Kindly remove all these jhuggies at the earliest and let us stop electricity theft.

In indirapuram, many flats are under construction by builders in loacalities viz. Neeti Khand, Shakti Khand, Gyan Khand etc.
A cursory look indicates that most of these constructions are not according to duly approved maps. Otherwise, how can a builder construct flats with balconies beyond the boundary of the plot itself.
In addition, a hospital is being constructed in lane no. 9, Shakti Khand-2, Indirapuram. Any common sense will tell us that on a plot of 350 sq m a hospital will not be able to have waste management plant with due safety protocols in place. Further, it just can not cater for parking of OPD patients and visitors to hospitals. Eventually the residents of this particular lane will be made to suffer due to this management of hospital.

The ground floor resident has acquired the building's front area illegally

more than 50 % they have acquired for their personal use

when asked them to remove they said it's legal and they have the paperwork for it

The building front area is a common area for all the residents of the building

Lalquarter earlier knows as labour colony has houses built more than 50 years ago. As developing stage is near for all o[censored]s instead of working on registration process for ghaziabad labour colony GDA is restricting development of houses.
Did GDA thinks we should live in those 50year old houses? Is this is development?

Please consider my voice, I don't know did earlier anyone had raised voice or not but I have a courage to ask questions. It's my kind request to allow people to live standard life atleast.

कृप्या आपका ध्यान गुलमोहर गार्डेन नगर इक्स्टेन्शन की ओर देना चाहेंगे ...हमारी बिल्डिंग में कई सालों से एक सब्ज़ी दुकान निर्मित हैं जिसका बिल्डिंग के नक्शे में कोई प्रमाण नहीं है...कुछ लोगों ने बिल्डिंग में न जाने किस उद्देश्य से अपनी मेजोरिटी बना कर पार्किंग area को घेरकर उसे सब्ज़ी वाले को दे दिया है जिसके कारण आए दिन चूहे और मच्छरों की परेशानी होती है, साथ ही सब्ज़ी वाले को अगर सफ़ाई रखने को कहा जाए तो वह लड़ाई करता और अपशब्दों का प्रयोग करता है ..जिसका मैंने विरोध किया तो उन लोगों ने अपनी मेजोरिटी दिखा कर मुझे चुप कराने की कोशिश की।आपसे समाधान की आशा करते हुए प्राथना है की कृप्या टावर २४ गुलमोहर गार्डेन राज नगर extension में हुए illegal constructions और यहां के समस्त फ्लैट्स का निरीक्षण करवाएं जिनमे हमारे फ्लैट भी हैं.

In this area of ​​ours (in SLF Ved Vihar, near Abhinandan Society) theft is happening at night due to no street lights on the main road. Rickshaw drivers are also afraid to come down at night.

Please arrange some street lights on this road of ours. So that there is light and the problem of theft can be solved.

I am a resident of 9/166, sector 3, rajendranagar, PO Sahibabad. The garbage is not being collected by the authorities regularly and is being thrown/dumped by people especially resident around in front of our home. Pl direct the conservancy people for garbage collection on regular basis. Thank you

Hi, there is illegal Tin shade room construction on roof top of Plot no. 56, Nyay khand-1, Vidhayak colony, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad,
It is already G+4 Fllr builder building and this heavy construction can week the building strength in future, there is no GDA map approval for Tin shade on roof top, plz take appropriate action against this illegal construction,

Sir smell ate hai ass pass logo problem hoti hai or sir mere mummy ji ko asthama ki problem hai tu esliye problem ho rhe hai sir safai karamchario ko bola tu wi nhi sunte hai bolte hai ki yeh mera kaam nhi hai aj mere papa je ne jo ladies hai safai karamchare unse bola tu eo sunte nhi hai bolte hum nhi kr skte yeh km yeh papa ne bola ko complaint kroga tu bolte hai ki kr do complaint aisa tu employee ka behaviour hai plz sir ap kuch action lijiye

This is not the street light of our area, due to which the incidents of theft increase here. So you are requested to kindly arrange some street lights.

Illegal construction on the roof and illegal changes in his flat of 2nd Floor

This is to inform you that Mr. Soraj singh has constructed illegal room on our roof top D2-13/6 DLF colony. There is no GDA approved plan and also he has made illegal changes in his flat already without approved GDA plan and has done illegal construction in his flat and on roof, due to this building structure has damaged and water seepage in my flat several places. We informed many times to repair the damages and they didn’t take necessary action. Building is in very bad condition. This is a DLF company project now this DLF colony flats under in GDA department, due to this building condition is worst and infrastructure is very week, I have already done online complaint also.

Request you to take appropriate action against him on priority.
