I want to draw your attention towards worst condition of House No. 156 (Ground floor), Nandgram, Ghaziabad. Owner is staying outside and house is vacant from last many years. Now the building of this house is in worst condition. Owner is not taking care about it. Building can collapse any time and can damage upper floor of house and surrounding buildings.

Kindly take appropriate action in this matter.

This is to inform you that Mr. Soraj singh has constructed illegal room on our roof top D2-13/6 DLF colony. There is no GDA approved plan and also he has made illegal changes in his flat already without approved GDA plan and has done illegal construction in his flat and on roof, due to this building structure has damaged and water seepage in my flat several places. We informed many times to repair the damages and they didn’t take necessary action. Building is in very bad condition. This is a DLF company project now this DLF colony flats under in GDA department, due to this building condition is worst and infrastructure is very week, I have already done online complaint also.

Request you to take appropriate action against him on priority, many times I request you to please take quick action.

There is illegal construction on third floor

Illigal construction of balcony build by owner 4.5ft and width of the street 7ft in Kot gaon.
Hno 144 Kot Goan Near Railway Phatak.

It's taken obstacles to the vehicles as well as the electricity danger for the family members electricity lines passes through the balcony. And no policy for the taken balcony due to less wide road in front of houses.

• The offer of possession was promised in the month of November 2019 during Diwali, which was not given and for no particular genuine reason.
• At the time of Sales promises were made that - Offer of possession will be given in November 2019, Modular Kitchen, Geyser will be there and by making wrong promises amount 6 Lacs were taken (20% of the property amount).
• After taking 6 Lacs by making wrong promises, agreement was made and nothing was written there w.r.t. promises. When I asked and raised the points no solutions were given in fact it was a torture, Sandhya/Customer Support didn’t answer anything and simply refused to help and said it’s a sales team fault. There was no answer once I made the payment in how much time the registry will be done etc. Because of Pandemic jobs were lost and I could not take the loan, instead of helping, the cancellation letter was sent, with no clear communication.
• Customer care department just USE COPY PASTE LANGUAGE AND NEVER GIVE SOLUTIONS OR ANSWERS TO ANY QUERIES...She didn’t help me with the seniors number and no escalation matrix was shared, no complaint process.
• No e-mail/message was sent, no discussion and I received the cancellation letter. She was so fast in cancellation then why not fast in Refund?? When cancellation was done why refund was not done.
• THIS IS A CLEAR CUT CASE OF CHEATING/FRAUD AND TORTURE.
• Option 1: want refund and Rs. 5 lacs as a fine for giving me mental torture and harassment.
• Option 2 : Give my property back with no addition of charges, interest etc.

There is a speed breaker in the first lane of B block of Swarna Jayanti Puram, govindpuram
ghaziabad which is built in a very dilapidated form causing inconvenience to the oncoming vehicles. There have been accidents many times. It is built on half of the road. Requesting the GDA to kindly take appropriate action in view of the above situation. Thank you.

I, Rachna Chandani, owner of Flat 121 A, shipra suncity, Indirapuram. This is to bring to ur kind attention that I purchased this flat in April 2021. Since them I am trying to get the mutation of the property done but the dealer alongwith the authority have charged 12500 from me but still the process is not done. Since November I am getting an answer aaj hoga, kal hoga and so on. Being a single parent and single earner in the family, its very difficult for me to just sit and relax and the concerned authority is taking more than an year to prepare a paper of mutation and hand it over to me. I would like to take action against them and throw them away from the system so that other like me dont get disappointed again from the way they are behaving with me. Kindy look into the matter and solve it at the erliest as the banking authorities are calling me to submit these papers at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have submitted a demand draft against my mutation application MU[protected] at your office, however, I am still waiting for the mutation documents from GDA.

GDA website www.janhit.upda.in is also not in a working condition as it shows a message "This site can’t be reached".

they are constructing upper floor illegally...when complained earlier on actions were taken...
please kindly take some action and stop the construction...
all the construction material is also lying on the road and thus creating alot of problems for the residents.

Someone has cut the Ashoka Tree illegally at Hathi Park, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. Please take some action against the person who has done this mischief & punish him/her to save trees in order to reduce air pollution....
