DRAW RESULT NOT SHOWN & NOT YET GET REFUND

I'm one of the applicant of GDA KOYAL ENCLAVE HOUSING SCHEME 758 41D, It's deeply regretted to say there is no any response by the side of GDA regarding grievance of customer, and draw result not found in website, I requested you to inform me about draw otherwise let me inform REFUNDING PROCEDURES. Madhuban and Bapudham Housing Scheme (Neither allotment, nor Refund)

Hi,

We had applied in the Scheme Code: 772 (Madhuban and Bapudham Housing Scheme)
Property Code: 41F

It's more than 6 month, Neither allotment is done, not we have received any refund.

I had called many times on the GDA phone numbers provided with the form, but not even a single time my call has been picked.

It seems that GDA is intentionally delaying the draw and is...

No Darw .Holding peoples' money

GDA's Koyel enclave scheme was launched in Feb 2008 . No March 2009 . More than a year time...still they are not drawing the lottery and intenetially holding peolples money. very unfair.
I called to GDA and asked about the tentative draw date of the koyel enclave scheme. They answered very unprofessionally and just gave me clue that may be after election...No confirmation...GDA wants to make money by peoples moeny...and most...

about scheme 758

submitted a form in the EWS housing scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) in Koyal Enclave near Loni scheme 758 last year in the month of Feb. 2008. It has been almost 1 year, the not given the single information about draw/allotment is not done yet and I have not received the refund yet. Pls give information about the draw ASAP...

Allotment in GDA

I applied in Indraprashtha scheme launched by GDA in 2006 (Scheme code 750). I have not heard anything after that from GDA. Not sure if draw has happened or not....

Road Safety at Indirapuram

Accidents on the recently renewed road of Indirapuram connecting Vasundhara to NH-24, have increased due to increased heavy vehicles on this road. Particularly between the patch from Petrol pump near DPS School upto Shanti Gopal Hospital, there is a curve and there are 4-5 breaks in the divider. The truck drivers & taxi drivers treat it as a highway and speed at 80 kmph.
Some measures need to be taken to check the speeds by providing...

Non Payment of Principal and Interest Money of GDA MIG flat cancellation after 17 years

I got allotment under it in SAPNADAN MIG.

NO COMMUNICATION even after 16 months

SIR

I applied for Indraprastha E.W.S. Housing Scheme (SCHEME CODE 756) ( FORM NO.16983) & KOYAL ENCLAVE Housing SCHEME (SCHEME CODE NO.758 ) (FORM NO.1394).


Neither allotment nor refund received in either case....

under scheme 738/2004 indrapuram

Refund not received yet

I submitted a form in the under scheme code 738 of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) in Indrapuram in march 2004 . It has been almost 5 years, the allotment is not done yet and I have not received the refund yet. i went to gda office they said go to the vijaya bank and collect the amout. then i went to the bank ( Vijaya Bank Gzd) again they said we will send you your cheque in your address but still...

Authority is not listening and not concirned of Development

I am a buyer of Flat at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Flat has been sold under Joint Venture programme of Ghaziabad Development Authority and Shipra Estate Pvt. Ltd.

Colony has been Semi Developed and sold to us but futher, we are not having water facility to Colony. Uttar Pradesh Govt. has Ganga Jal Pariyojna, but we don't have the single drop of water from this multi crore Ganga Pariyojna. Few Mafia element with back up of...
