I, the resident of Vaishali, Sector - 3, wish to bring your attention to the dooming condition of our locality by an unlawful construction in our above mentioned builder floor. The construction above 2nd floor is considered to be illegal if the occupants of the building do not give permission for the construction.

The residents of the building held warning meetings for the builder but the concerned party did not pay any heed. The encountered parties till now are living on the 3rd floor of the building.

The issues with this builder floor is that it already has a basement which gets filled with water whenever it rains heavily. This building is already 15-18 years old and does not have much life left to sustain a 4th floor.

I, hereby, request you to please have a kind look in this matter and take the necessary legal actions to prevent the illegal construction

निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त मकानो के अवैध निर्माण के संबंध में सर्वप्रथम दिनाक 26.06.21 को प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया था उसके बाद आज दिनाक तक अनेक प्रार्थना पत्र देने के उपरांत दिनाक 30.11.21 को औपचारिकता पूर्ण करने के संदर्भ में विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा "माननीय जिलाधिकारी महोदय को अवगत कराया गया है कि -उक्त भवनों को अवर अभियंता/सहायक अभियंता की आख्यानुसार सील किये जाने हेतु सुचिबध किया गया है ।“जबकि आज तक अवैध निर्मित उक्त मकानो पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी है

प्रार्थी की इस समय आयु 70 वर्ष है प्रार्थी के पास इस समय ना धन है ना बल है इसी कारण प्रार्थी के विरुद्ध सीलिंग की कार्यवाही मात्र 25 दिन में कर दी गयी जबकि विपक्षी पर 150 दिन के उपरांत भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी है ।
अत:श्रीमान जी से प्रार्थना है की उपरोक्त कथनों को ध्यान रखते हुए धन व बल के रावण को नष्ट कर भवन संख्या 1107 व 1108 पर उचित कार्यवाही हेतु आदेश पारित करने का कष्ट करे ।

Please note in building No. B-1/69 DLF, Bhopura, Sahibabad, ghaziabad have authorized 12 flates in ground, 1st & 2nd floor.

As per GDA only 2 floor is allowed because no pillar inserted by builder or GDA in this building.

But S-1 floor owner constructing full floor on 3rd floor, i.e. not allowed as per GDA.

3rd floor construction is going on without permission of 1st & Ground floor owner.

Please stop this construction as on immediate basis.

If there is any accident due to too much construction in this building than S-1 floor owner will be responsible for the same.
If any accident happens after making building (due to building collapse) than GDA & S-1 floor owner will be responsible for the same please note.

So please stop this illegal construction on urgent basis & damage illegal construction on urgent basis.

Ganga water pipe LINE is broken in front of Plot no-904, Sector-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP-201010. Please repair it at the earliest as lots of drinking water is wasting every day.

For the past 5/6 years I have been following up with concerned GDA officials for closure of Boutique being run in my adjoining house no 12 by Mrs Seema Malhotra. This boutique is quite a big nuisance to my family and is a big disturbance to the Peace, Privacy and Security of my family. The boutique workers ( all muslims ) have a constant evil and threatening eye on my family members and smoking biris and chewing gutka standing on the edge of my house ramp, through out the day. Ladies, particularly of my family have insecurity feeling, all the time. The boutique customers, too, are always in the fighting mood when we request them to move thier vehicles from the front of our house. Though, the GDA has various times confirmed to us that their boutique activities are to be sealed soon but these commercial activities are running in full swing in the entire ground floor by closing the front shutter. Request to take immediate action.

I am a citizen of ghaziabad and I'm very much concerned for my well being.
I have previously filed a complaint in gda against my adjacent shop owner as he has constructed an illegal shop as well as a door which is causing a big problem to my business. Instead of helping me out, the gda official got bribed and has been so disrespectful towards my concern and my complaint. I have tried to contact him many times but he has always disconnected my call. There is no shop beside my shop according to the gda map but the gda official got bribed by the shop owner of that shop and has started ignoring me.
Before getting bribed, he was saying the same thing as I'm saying but after getting bribed he denied all the facts.
Being a women makes it very difficult to fight against such corrupt officials🙏 I request the government to take a strict action against the corrupt official and my gda complaint also. As I'm in very helpless, and worried.

Dear sir, we residents of A-43 Shalimar Garden EXTN-2 near ekta park. Our near by building A-44 resident Sh Krishna has unauthorisly open two big windows with iron grill almost one feet or two towards our building side. On opposing the same he comes with Gundas and threatened to us. Please do the needful and help us to remove the same.

Dear sir,
I am the resident of plot no -204, Gyan khand -1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
One tree is suppressing main electric wire badly. Any time two wire can touch with each other. Hence cut of tree branches are required. I have intimated electric department too. But they told to intimate GDA.
Kindly help and treat it as most important and urgent.

Hello i am suraj from nandgram aadarsh nagar ghaziabad. Meri gully july me pass hui thi jispe aaj tak kuch bhi kaam hamare parshad ji dwara nhi karaya gya. Aur gully pass hone ke baad bhi aab uspe nirman karye shuru nhi kiya ja rha. Plz take action to this.

Sir, the condition of the roads in Vaishali and Indirapuram is becoming worse day by day... It is getting extremely difficult to drive... The pot holes are widening everyday making it worse to drive through resulting in traffic jams due to which we are left with no other option but to drive through those wide pot holes... I sometimes what if the holes widens further and I alongwith my car fall in those holes and couldn't get out...

Expecting Immediate action from your end. Kindly do the needful

Dear Sir, I wish to draw your attention to the rampant illegal construction that is taking place in Hindon Heights, Plot No.21, Sector-4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad-201012, in violation to the GDA approved building plan. The facade of the building was changed by some members to build balcony and another resident, broke the front entrance of his flat and encroached his reach to the common area. By doing so, in the event of fire, hose pipe cannot be taken to the upper floors as it will block the path. Such illegal constructions not only endangers the building stability but also the lives of 300 people staying in the building. Members are making changes by demolitioning the structures as they please. One day they may even pull down a pillar leading to the building collapse. You are requested to depute your officials in this building on an urgent basis and take assessment of the serious situation. Kindly also instruct the owners to restore the structure to the pre demolition stage.

After the draw it come to notice that I was unsuccessful in draw result. but expiry of more then 3 month I have not received my registration money till date. For which I am paying interest. There fore requested to kindly release my amount imdtly.

Builder Uma Agrawal, C.M.D, M/s UH Realcon Pvt. Ltd in connivance with M/s Utility Estates Pvt. Ltd registered office at G-79, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092 and M/ Shubhhomes Realcon Pvt. Ltd, registered address 11, new Rajdhani Enclave, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092 took 18 months advance maintenance from all residents o[censored]rban Homes, situated at Aditya World City, Sahpur Bamheta, near NH-24, Ghaziabad-201002 without completion of their projects. She doesn't possess Completion certificate, possession certificate till date.
She started illegal construction in Urban Homes, flouting all norms of the building bylaws, and using all the guards for protecting their properties in the entire Aditya World City.
She is stealing our electricity and using it for completion of her incomplete projects. Charging higher rates of [protected]@ Rs 7/- per unit, D.G set @Rs.34/ unit and Common area [protected]@Rs.28/ unit. She doesn't use separate meters for all the three and easily charges about 5 ( five) times of the main supply rate from the poor middle class residents o[censored]rban Homes.
We purchased flat from the builder under " Affordable housing schemes" and we facing this highhandedness by the builder all the times.
We want direct electricity from UPPCL, but the present AOA, is just puppet of the builder and do nothing for the betterment of the society.
No higher boundary wall is constructed around Urban Homes, due to that stray animals, lizards, snakes, are regularly found in the society, swimming pool, children are very afraid due to all these things.
Unvaccinated dogs are also a sign of danger.
No drinking water facilities in the society. I therefore request to Honb'le C.M, Uttar Pradesh, Ghaziabad Development Authority, UPPCL, D.M Ghaziabad, S.S.P Ghaziabad to look into the matter and help the poor residents o[censored]rban Homes in getting:
1. Direct electricity from UPPCL.
2. Completion and Possession certificate issued by Ghaziabad Development Authority alongwith entire check list.
3. Drinking water facilities
4. Higher boundary wall around Urban Homes.
5. Regular cleaning of the society.
6. Stoppage of illegal construction going on in the society flouting building bylaws.
7. Parking facilities.
8. Maintain the" Green Areas" as per prescribed norms.
9. Get rid off from wild and poisonous animals, unvaccinated dogs roaming in the society.
And for all these, we shall ever be greatful to you all. Thank you very much.

श्रीमान निवेदन यह है कि सेक्टर 23 संजय नगर के F ब्लॉक में कूड़ा ले जाने वाली कूड़ा गाड़ी कई दिन से नही आ रही है जिस कारण लोग कूड़ा इधर उधर डालने को मजबूर हैं।तथा लोगों को कूड़ा डालने को लेकर समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि F ब्लॉक मस्जिद के पीछे कूड़ा गाड़ी को उपलब्ध कराने का कष्ट करें।जिससे कूड़ा इधर उधर फेकने से बचा जा सके।

This is to bring to your notice that the residence of Plot No 218 A, Flat No. 101, Ground Floor, Near Dayanand, Shalimar Garden, Extension 1, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP 201005, is encircling the whole Pedestrian Lane in front of their House and doing an Unauthorised construction on this land and joining it with their house. They have also started an unauthorised and unlicenced Grocery and stationary shop in their house which has its opening in front only for the purpose of which they are converting the Pedestrian lane as well...
GDA has recently our in rainwater friendly tiles in this area and now all the hardwork done by GDA is gone in vain . Hence I would request you to please stop this unauthorised and illegal construction and let the area be clean, open and eco friendly .
