Sir / Madam ... This is to bring to your notice that the residence of Plot No 218 A, Flat No. 101, Ground Floor, Near Dayanand, Shalimar Garden, Extension 1, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP 201005, is encircling the whole Pedestrian Lane in front of their House and doing an Unauthorised construction on this land and joining it with their house. They have also started an unauthorised and unlicenced Grocery and stationary shop in their house which has its opening in front only for the purpose of which they are converting the Pedestrian lane as well...
GDA has recently our in rainwater friendly tiles in this area and now all the hardwork done by GDA is gone in vain . Hence I would request you to please stop this unauthorised and illegal construction and let the area be clean, open and eco friendly .

Sir, I am a resident of Pratap vihar block- KA. For the last 1 year, we are facing problems in our society due to blocked sewers. We have also complained in the Nagar Nigam but they have said that the charge of sewer line is under GDA so they can not help us..and most of the people have already complained in the GDA but no action has been taken yet.

Hello Sir,
There is highly illegal construction created by the people of Nand Gram under 3floor housing scheme. One of them is E 700 he has ground floor and 1st floor taken the pillar on street nali. Nali coverup with ramp and construct lantern to that pillar there is very risky to 2nd floor flat as well beside.
Please consider it and taken action as soon as possible.

In the last, so many years we as residents are regularly sending complaints to builder M/s Rishabh Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. and AOA of our society heavy seepages in almost all the towers of our society as the basement -1 & -2 from most of the expansion Joints.
There was one casualty in Tower A in past because of Balcony railing falls down with one of our resident on account of very week structural support & poor workmanship.
In all other towers, every one or the other day we are facing problems of cement concrete blocks fall down on floor & having too many cracks quiet visible from outside which are very unsafe.
The conditions of RCC Beams & columns in basement on which the entire building load rest are also becoming weak because of heavy seapages that too all the days in a year.
We requested our AOA to get the stability checked from any authorised agency at the earliest in past so many times but found very casual approach as if they are passing their time to complete their tenure.
Under the prevailing circumstances we as residents has no choice except to send you the request for advising them the necessary corrective action at the earliest.
May request you to please discuss this issue with our residents who can communicate the reality & show you many unsafe places where we anticipate chances of some major mishap in the days to come.
We hope our this request may please be taken in positive prospective & take necessary action or advise the person concern for some corrective action

At plot no 7/18, sec-2, rajendra nagar, sahibabad private builder Mr Subash yadav is making flats. Proper set back as per GDA norms has not been left by builder. Builder has open ventilaton windows towards our society at boundry wall.He has spoil so much cement and other waste on our flats our balconies.Builder has cease our ventilation and disturb all the residents of sadbhawna villa welfare association.

I have taken possession of flat in Aditya City Apartments NH24 in August 2020 however even after a year I have not been allocated any parking space

Apart from this a token amount of 500 was paid to recharge the prepaid meter at the time of signing builder buyer agreement back in July 2020. Even that amount has not been credited

street light not working properly, instead, it does disco dance 24X7; even in the day it is switched on and
at night it is flashing like onand off;

first thing first, at night it becomes dangerous for any passers-by to cross this lane. Because there is no surety or ensured safety.

then. the fact that the street light is supposed to be working properly.
thirdly, the street light is right outside our home, and its discodance comes right to our balcony.

the street light is on in the daytime too. imagine the amount of energy it uses.
and this non-changing of the street light shows the leeway attitude of the govt and the nagar niham's towards the development of the society(in this case a street).

it has been more than two months that it hasn't been changes ; we talked to the electricity authorities about it but they asked to submit a complaint first.

Sir i am living in 8/220 secter 3 rajendra nagar sahibabad.THERE IS A 25 FEET WIDE STREET RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE.BUT THE OWNER OF HOUSE NUMBER 8/219 SECTER 3 HAS OCCUPIED MORE THAN HALF THE STREET.HE HAS MADE A COMPLETE PARKING LOT AT THAT PLACE WITH AN IRON NET.

There is complaint against street lights of E-block LIG FLATS of madhuban bapudham the street lights not work from last 3 months and no one checked them from 3 months ... please resolve it fast

From last 2 months sever in front of flat no 410 &411 Shakti khand-1, indirapuram is blocked, various telephonic and personal complaint lodged, but till today no action is taken from authority.

I am resident of house number 8/220 secter 3 rajendra nagar sahibabad ghaziabad.There is a 25 feet wide street right in front of my house.But the owner of house number 8/219 secter 3 has occupied more than half the street.He has made a complete parking lot at that place with an iron net.


I request you to get this street place free from occupation at the earliest.

Reference is made to my application dated 26-October-2020 submitted to Ghaziabad Development Authority for refund of application/registration amount of INR 5500 submitted for property code 41D of Madhuban Bapudham Scheme code 853. Application was submitted in HDFC Bank Ghaziabad Branch but my name didn't appear in successful candidates list as per lottery. When enquired from Ghaziabad Dev. Authority, it was told that the letter for refund was submitted by GDA to HDFC Bank Ghaziabad on 7th Nov 2020 wherein my name "Kamal Kishor Sharma" and account no. is correctly mentioned but it is delay/lack of action on part of HDFC Bank for so long. HDFC Bank will make refund only on the reminder by GDA. Hence GDA is requested to get it refunded to my bank account with interest at the earliest. I can be contacted on [protected]@gmail.com
