Respected Sir / Madam,

1. With due respect, I would like to draw your attention towards cleaning, planting of saplings and illuminating of street lights along the road side in front of Rajempire society, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad.

2. CLEANING OF ROAD The above said road was constructed by Ghaziabad Development Authority five year ago. Since then, this road is overlooked by concerned authorities due to existed in outskirt of Rajnagar Extension area. There are large bushes / vegetation and garbage scattered all along the road from the prolonged duration. In this context, my letter even number dated 27 January 2021 was also dispatched to you to immaculate this area. Furthermore, it comes to light that GDA has obtained a contract for cleaning Rajnagar Extension. Therefore, it is requested that cleaning of bushes and garbage along the above mentioned road may be expedited.

3. PLANTING OF SAPLINGS ON ROAD Our city is facing a severe predicament of air pollution. Tree is the only source of oxygen and the only source to clean carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Now a days trees are vanishing at a very rapid speed due to urbanization and industrialization. Every month our forest is shrinking. There is an instant need to plant more trees in order to save our nature and earth. This is an inevitable requirement for all o[censored]s to plant more trees and cultivate it for the coming generation. In view, once the cleaning of the road is completed, planting of saplings all along the road may be carried out in order to convert this area into green zone.

4. ILLUMINATING OF STREET LIGHT In addition to that, the street light of this said road from Rajempire society to Bhuapur (Village) is also not working. It feels unsafe to step outside after sunset due to the non-functioning of street lights. Many perilous incidents have also occurred in this way. On account of this, a fearful ambiance remains created for the people inhabiting this area. Copious complaints about rectification of street lights have been rendered through EESL toll free number [protected] as directed by GDA, but all in vain. However, EESL rectified the defect of these street lights whenever a complaint was raised, though over the time it was ignored and remained switched off. It is humbly requested that all deficiencies pertaining to street lights need to be scrutinized without more ado.

5 In view of the above, it is solicited that cleaning, planting of saplings and illuminating of street lights along the roadside in front of Rajempire society, Rajnagar Extension are to be carried out as soon as possible. We shall be very grateful to you.

Please note that in Indirapuram, Gyan Khand 1, plot no 9 (Ghaziabad) there is building a shop in the stilt parking. Which is unauthorised as per GDA law. Please take immediate action on it. Builder sold this area as a store purpose not for commercial use as like to open a shop at that area....

1. With due respect, I would like to draw attention towards the water logging quandary, unhygienic environment and filthy condition of the blocked sewer line in my locality.

2. I am a resident of Rajempire Society, which is situated in one of the poshest localities of Ghaziabad. There is a blocked sewer line outside our society. A lot of water gets accumulated in the ground due to blocked sewer lines. The stagnant water in the ground has resulted in breeding of mosquitoes and other harmful germs. The domestic wastewater from sewer lines remains secrete in this ground and produces a myriad of insects causing threats and outbreak of Malaria and Dengue. Due to the negligence of the authorities the entire locality is living in fear that an epidemic may break any time now.

3. In view of the above, it is solicited that necessary action regarding repair and clearing of blocked sewer lines is to be initiated at your end.

4. The situation requires to be ensured at the earliest as it is perilous for everyone’s health. I wish that the concerned authorities will pay heed to our request and initiate remedial measures without more ado.

I am writing here for "H-407 flat under Indraprastha Awas Yojna by Ghaziabad Development".
After several complaints and reminders, my matter hasn't been resolved till now. The department is showing pending amount on me which I have to pay to get possession.
After paying all logical dues and installments within given time frame, I am not liable to pay any dues.

I had complained about unauthorized construction, extension and unauthorized use of roof vide my application No. GDA4056 with photographs of the unauthorized construction. After repeated reminders no action has been taken since last one year. The unauthorized construction has been extended by fixing tiles on the roof. The great thing is that GDA has closed the complaint by giving remarks that " the way of reaching to the roof is closed. I am giving here the latest photo of today i.e. of 11.06.2021 wherein it is clearly shown that the unauthorized construction has been beautified by fitting tiles on the floor of the roof. This itself clears the view of GDA authority who is still having closed eyes. The GDA complaint letter alongwith the photographs and today's photo is also attached herewith. Necessary action may please be taken to demolish the unauthorized area as early as possible otherwith I will appeal to the higher authority.

Gyan Khand IV residents (Flat lane 65 to 78) are facing dirty smell water problem for sometime.

It seems sewer water line seems broken in our lane.

We would be grateful for getting this checked on urgent basis please.

We are the resident of Officer City 1, Rajnagar Extension. This complaint is regarding unauthorized/illegal commercial activities (salon, garment shop, gift shop, dairy, etc) in residential society. In entire lockdown period they worked without social distancing. And these type of activities impacts our privacy and security.
We would request you to take the appropriate action to stop all these activities so that it cannot be increased in future.

Ghar pe neeche ye plants ki patti ka kachra apke karamchaari uthaane se mana kr dete, ek mahina ho gaya hai...kehte hai gaadi ayegi...ek mahina ho gaya hai...uski redi me jagah hai phir bhi nahi uthaate...

The connecting roads of Siddharth Vihar Ghaziabad are getting worse day by day. There is a lot of dust because of the construction and trucks moving frequently, which gives rise to many pot-holes in the area.
The footpaths are basically destroyed, this leads the people who are traveling by foot to walk on roads.This can contribute to accidents in the area.
The maintaince of the plantation in the roads divider is poor to worse.
I request you to look into this matter as it is affecting our lives.

कि विधायक जी से मिलें क्योंकि हमारी समस्या अभी भी वही है।

जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि जल्द ही मानसून आने वाला है और यह समस्या और भी खतरनाक हो सकती है और जीवन लेने वाली स्थितियां बन सकती हैं। भारी पानी की रुकावट के कारण कई इमारतें गिर
सकती हैं क्योंकि पानी इमारतों की जड़ों में प्रवेश करेगा। यदि सही समय पर कार्रवाई नहीं की जाती है, तो सभी दुर्घटनाओं के लिए अधिकारी जिम्मेदार होंगे।

Myself Ravi Goel, I am the owner of flat no.D107, in S.G Grand Society.I am facing the problem of falling items from upper floors like brick, stones, pots, broom, dirty water, spit n even glass items also.As I am having open terrace area, I want to cover it for my family safety, as my mother is old, n am having small kid.We paid 600000rs extra for this space.Almost every upper ground has covered his terrace, but the family living on our above not allowing us to cover our terrace.Sir it's my humble request to you to look after this matter.Its a matter of safety.Waiting for your positive response

Sir, the request is as follows that in my flat (143A, double story Hig flat gyan khand 4, indirapuram Ghaziabad), water from the dirty drain is coming from the tap for the last 45 days. Despite complaining to the Municipal Corporation, Ghaziabad Development Authority and the Chief Minister, the situation is still there today. Polluted water is coming from the tap, due to which we have been facing many difficulties. Due to the lockdown, there is no water system. In this karona time, if someone gets crushed, then who will be responsible. My old parents are there, should I see them or keep complaining. It is requested from the administration that action should be taken as soon as possible. Please be kind to help in being a civilized citizen.

I Shalini Chaudhary, a resident of SPS Appt.-2 Main GT Road Sahibabad, Ghaziabad would like to bring to your kind notice about a dangerous U-Turn on the Main GT Road .

This U-Turn is located between Major Mohit metro station and Raj Bagh Metro station on Red Line. Since, it is in front of our society and I live on 3rd floor, so I myself have witnesses two major and one minor accidents from my balcony in the last week only. Such number of accidents in such a short duration is clearly an indication of a fatal accident in the near future.

Thus, I would like to request you to look at the need of this U-Turn at this place and if possible close the U-Turn to save the lives and help in reducing the number of road accidents tally.

Sewer overflow since last 1 month at FF2, 154, Niti Khand 1 Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. We have try to clean its various times but after a week it is overflow. We request you yo please look into the matter and try to resolve the problem.
Immediate action need to be taken.

Dear sir,

Every early morning in an empty area in front of our house, people are thrown debris illegally by tractors, which is not right as we all know.
And also being a dirty place, people often come here to defecate in the open. I requesting you to find a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

I am a student studying for JEE. So much noise is being created in my locality. First songs last night, then songs today morning, then bhajans in daytime, and then now songs. I am so much irritated by this. There are fully executed rules and regulations regarding this in Gurugram but UP government is doing nothing about this issue. Police Chowki is just near it but it is not doing anything.
Please look into this matter as this problem is caused in almost every 2-3 days.

There is a construction of house ramp(6/136) (Dr.Gupta Vipin Gupta) which is blocking the road and builders have constructed the building without basement due to which the cars are parked on the road and the path is blocking,
