The builder namely jai prakash aggarwal is raising illegal constructions in his various properties in connivance with the government employee and he already did this in his so many buildiings and curruntly indulged in various illegal constrtuctions, without sanctioning legal and valid site plans from the authority concerns. Kindly stern action may be taken against him as he is a highly influencial person of the society and in the locality there is no one to dare complaint against him. Adv. Narender k. Builder L R Infrahomes India (P) Ltd, 1104, Raj Nagar Extension, NH-58, Ghaziabad 201003( Project Name - "Blue Moon") giving Possession letter & forcing customer to take possession of incomplete flat & without having Completion Certificate of the project. I have received demand letter for the same. Please do something & help me.
