Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — construction continued on a sealed property

The property in our colony was sealed due to illegal construction and non approved maps from the gda. This property has been developed for two floors and there is no approval or information given to the gda in any form. Gda has taken a step to seal the property. His balconies are on the road that means outside his plot boundary and also he has planned to build entry stairs on the road which will not only create disturbance to the neighbours but will also hinder the traffic on the road. These stairs should be inside his plot boundary. This property is still being constructed and the construction work is going on without permission from the gda.
