Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — Illegal activities in society

We are the resident of Officer City 1, Rajnagar Extension. This complaint is regarding unauthorized/illegal commercial activities (salon, garment shop, gift shop, dairy, etc) in residential society. In entire lockdown period they worked without social distancing. And these type of activities impacts our privacy and security.
We would request you to take the appropriate action to stop all these activities so that it cannot be increased in future.

we have raised the complaint on 6-Jun-21, and as per complaint status, "notified about the posted complaint".
but till time action is not taken by the Ghaziabad Development Authority.
i understand that government process little slower but we want to understand that what is the time frame to resolve the complaint from your side.
