Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — illegal construction and blocked my open area with wastage product

I am nishant jaiswal my upper floor flat c1/45 A, flat no-204 person has been blocked my back side gallery with Loha jaal and put the wastage material in this jaal I have face the problem from this. He had block my air and light in my back side gallery and also drop the water in my ground floor I have request to him personally but he has not pick the wastage material
Kindly take the action as soon as possible
