Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — Illegal construction on the terrace

Dear Authority,
There is an illegal construction of the house on the terrace is going on
Despite of many complaint to the department there is no legal action taken on yet
And the construction is going to complete very soon.

The party is not cooperating with the other members of the building
And they are constructing their house by contravention of the legal acts and laws
And i have many acknowledgement of the complaint
From the last one year but no action is taken byebthe department yet
Please take some action
