Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — Illegal mobile tower in residential area

There is one Lok DAL ex-MLA Sudesh Sharma (Modi Nagar), who has installed various mobile towers in residential area at the roof of his premises at R-12/26 Raj Nagar Ghaziabad. He himself does not reside there. Despite of RWA and neighbours objection, he went ahead with various towers installations which poses a radiation risk to neighbours. when requested him, he threatened the neighbours for dire consequences.

We gave a complaint to SSP, GDA VC, DM, Ghaziabad, but no action was taken at their end since the said-MLA he was having good links at UP CM office and nobody can go against his will.

we hope that you would help us in this regard. These towers are illegal and against Hon'ble supreme court order. Nobody was listening during Akhilesh government.
