Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — Non compliance of date of possession of flat

I Deepak Garg had bought a flat in Raj Nagra Extension of Raj Nagar Residency project of M.R.Mittal Infratech Comnpany having its office in Sector-63 Noida. I had bought the flat no. C-208 in the project in the year 2012 and its possession date was 30 monthe plus minus 6 months. But till now there is no hope of possession. Everytime we go in the raj nagar extension office they give us new date. KIndly look into the matter as we are middle class category and given them all our savings. Also suggest us what can be done against them so that we can get our flat as early as possible.
