Sir.. Myself ravi kant mishra at first floor b-6/18 dlf ankur vihar.. Loni ghaziabad. Owner of top floor (Second) flat having roof rights has placed a collection of more than 200 flower pots on rooftop thus exerting heavy weight on building structure. Do he have rights for the same?? Who will be responsible in case of any disaster and what are measures can be taken? Kindly help and guide me Was this information helpful? | |||
