This complain is regarding the gda authority who alloted me flat in 2012 in madhuban bapu dham & i make 20 percent of payment of flat in which they have not mention any time of possession of flat lot of times i tried to approach them but g. D. A authority persons have not clear me the time period of flat possession & im person of 70 years my health are not well im suffering from heart problem as senior citizen & due to health problems now i cannot take much tension on my mind & i want to cancell the flats & want to get back my payment by cancellation of flat. Please help me to resolve the issue Due to my health problem & their non commitment now i want my money back on cancellation of flat. So my request to help me in this issue...
