Sir, We live in f — block, sector-11-12, vijay nagar, ghaziabad, up-201009 the problem is that there one person un-authorised riksha (Raidi) in the park so gda park is damaged and after parked these peoples are smoke cigaratte, ganja and drunk at night 19:00 or 20:00 pm and after that that person lock the gda park gate.
