Sub: complaint against illegal and unauthorized construction by flat owners/ occupants in ankur apartment, rajendra nagar, sector -5, sahibabad ghaziabad reg.- (Apartment made by “ansal housing & construction ltd” after taking permission by ghaziabad development authority.)

Dear sir,
We are constant to make a complaint against the illegal and unauthorized construction by some flat owners/ occupants at ground floor and first floor.

The occupants of the ground floor has enchased in common area which is meet to various amenities i. E. The duct in between blocks and flats and the site back and left back which was felt open under the sanction plain.
Some of occupants have increase the projection hy laying the rcc lanter either in duct and a various balconies which is adversity altering with privacy and security of the adjacent flat. Beside the illegal and unauthorized construction which is made of poor quality and poor workmanship is dangerous to safety and security of neighbors.
The following flats made this unauthorized construction.

B block 201 b
B block 203 b

Even though they used to make every interval time some construction. They also ready to fight and misbehave.

Kindly take necessary and immediate action against illegal construction which is still been carried on.
