I have an complaint ID GDA43931 dated 15.10.20, and got a message to contact with nodal officer along with his phone number, but unfortunately unable to contact him since then, request you to please see the matter and resolve the issue ASAP, they covered the back side full, this is very difficult now to take the breath.
