[Resolved] Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] — water connection regarding | |||
Earlier the complaint for providing the water facility to the resident of the area was registered through jansunwai mobile application on 21.9.2018. The same is reproduced below: - “sir, We, the resident of e block, indraprastha humbly submit as under: - Almost 15 families consisting of 8 to 10 members each are residing in the area. This area is a govt. Approved from gda but the facility of drinking water is not provided by the jal board. At present we are living on drinking water purchased from the market and using sometimes from available boring water (Submersible pump) which is hard water and is injurious to health i[censored]sed for a longer period. It is requested that the facility of jal board water may kindly be provided in the colony area by giving connection to the pipelines already laid down for the resident in the colony area. Since the network of laying the pipelines is already available, a simple connection of the jal board water supply is required to be given which is possible at your level. Hope you will consider the basic human requirements of drinking water to the residents of the e block. Thanking you in anticipation, Chander singh rawat On behalf of all the residents of e block, Indraprastha, phase-2, ghaziabad-201102” The reply thereof has also been received from the ghaziabad development authority vide their letter no. 692/4/ee zone-8/2018 dated 04/10/2018 (Copy attached). It has been intimated in the said letter that work of construction of pump house has already been taken up and the facility of providing water supply to the residential colony shall be provided shortly.in this connection i would like to submit that as of now, 5 months have already lapsed, but no improvement appears to have been achieved in providing the water facility to the residents of the area. Should we hope that the construction of pump house and providing water supply to the residents shall be accomplished immediately without further delay. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have register Grievance through Jansunwai on 21/9/2018, 11/3/2019 and 19/5/2019 from my mobile number i.e. 9717229950, i have got response from DGA on 8/5/2019 through their letter No. 2100-4/EEZone 8/2019 as reproduced below
"उपरोक्त पॉकेट-ई इंद्रप्रस्थ योजना मैं जलापूर्ति हेतु डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लाइन एवम इसी पॉकेट के समीप पॉकेट ऍफ़ मैं शिरोपरी जलाशय का निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण किया जा चूका है। इसी शिरोपरी जलाशय के माधयम से जलपूर्ति प्रशंगत पॉकेट ई मे की जनि है। जलापूर्ति सुचारु रूप से प्रारम्भ किये जाने हेतु परशंगत पॉकेट के समीप पॉकेट ऍफ़ मे पंप हाउस के निर्माण एवम राइसिंग मैन कार्य हेतु कार्यदेश जारी होने के उपरांत बोरिंग का कार्य पूर्ण किया जा चूका है तथा पंप हाउस से राइसिंग मैन का कार्य प्रगति पर है। यथा शिग्रःपानी की लाइन शिरोपरी जलाशय से जोड़ने के उपरांत जलाशय सम्बादित पॉकेट-ई इंद्रप्रस्थ योजना मे किये जाने की संभावना है।"
I have also made compliant on whatsapp number of GDA (9818988807) twice from my number i.e. 9717229950.
Please do the needful to provide water facility in E Block Indraprastha, Phase-2, Near Banthla Railway Crossing. Ghaziabad Development Authority [GDA] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I made a payment of Rs 2442/- towards GDA online on[protected] through TSPL payment gateway, amount was deducted from my card but payment not done to GDA
