Subject: Refundof Money, Mental Harassment caused by Sandhya, Sales person and other team members
Property details: A-86/UGF, 2BHK UPPER GROUND FLOOR, , EXECUTIVE FLOORS, SECTOR 5, GREENWOOD ENCLAVE, NH-24, UP-201015
• The offer of possession was promised in the month of November 2019 during Diwali, which was not given and for no particular genuine reason.
• At the time of Sales promises were made that - Offer of possession will be given in November 2019, Modular Kitchen, Geyser will be there and by making wrong promises amount 6 Lacs were taken (20% of the property amount).
• After taking 6 Lacs by making wrong promises, agreement was made and nothing was written there w.r.t. promises. When I asked and raised the points no solutions were given in fact it was a torture, Sandhya/Customer Support didn’t answer anything and simply refused to help and said it’s a sales team fault. There was no answer once I made the payment in how much time the registry will be done etc. Because of Pandemic jobs were lost and I could not take the loan, instead of helping, the cancellation letter was sent, with no clear communication.
• Customer care department just USE COPY PASTE LANGUAGE AND NEVER GIVE SOLUTIONS OR ANSWERS TO ANY QUERIES...She didn’t help me with the seniors number and no escalation matrix was shared, no complaint process.
• No e-mail/message was sent, no discussion and I received the cancellation letter. She was so fast in cancellation then why not fast in Refund?? When cancellation was done why refund was not done.
• THIS IS A CLEAR CUT CASE OF CHEATING/FRAUD AND TORTURE.
• Option 1: want refund and Rs. 5 lacs as a fine for giving me mental torture and harassment.
• Option 2 : Give my property back with no addition of charges, interest etc.
