Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Basic facilities not given

For the past one year the office air conditioning is not working meanwhile the chief scientist Anoop Kumar Rai is expanding his cabin with new construction and sits comfortably in his air conditioned cabin.
Even after several complaints regarding the A.C. he doesn't do anything which is well in his capacity.
In extreme heat temperature of 42-43 C it's is impossible to work and is degrading the productivity of employees
