Good Morning !

I want to bring this to your notice that the culverts of the drain near D 203 Sector 23 Sanjay Nagar Ghaziabad and D 215 Sector 23 Sanjay Nagar Ghaziabad (WARD-67) broke down. Because of that there is a lot of chance of accident.

The culvert of D 215 Sector 23 Sanjay Nagar is broken for a long time and its information was also given to the local councilor (Parshad) but till now no hearing has been done. And due to this broken culvert many accidents have happened.

I request you to please take immediate action kindly fix this as soon as possible.

No complaint number generated after posting a complaint. In that case how can we track the progress.
And till the tracking details are not monitored, no correction will be possible.
When the person responsible for this work is not asked, then the chances of improvement are very less.
When a complaint number is generated, it will be given to someone like employee / contractor / councilor (Parshad), then it will be his responsibility to terminate it and revert with report of Complaint closed.

Otherwise it is already showing Customer satisfaction rating is only 6%. because no body bothered about the work without responsibility.
