This is Naval Kishor, resident of B-902, Supertech Livingston, Crossing republic, Ghaziabad, U.P. 201016 . Yesterday, Dated[protected], my kid Vihaan Gupta, 11 Years old was attacked by Dog, who is not been taken good care by owners of Flat B-1302, Sypertech Livingston, Crossing republik, Ghaziabad . We are not sure if the owners has not proper registration, vacccination and Training of the aggresive DOG . Who cries most of the time and not been given a natural growth atmosphere to the DOG . Please find the video below and please take action against the owner .
