Worst condition of NH-24, near to IPEM college, Ghaziabad / work against mission 'Bharat Swach Abhiyan'. It's has been in notice of the All Higher Authorities of Ghaziabad but non of action is taken. The Authorities must be waiting for the major Disaster in this Aspect.
