Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Garbage collection van is not coming to our lane

Sir i m from E-block Nandgram, and door to door garbage collection van is not coming in our lane from last 2-3 months. Van is coming on the next lane to us but whenever we are trying to put our garbage in the van they started to leave the lane. They say we are here to collect the roadside garbages not door to door. Neither van is coming to our lane nor he is taking the garbage.
