Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Illegal Construction house C-356

I am residing in Building No C-356 flat Number S-2.
In our building only 3 floor are allowed but in our building one owner of flat number S-3 have made illegal construction on the roof.

Our building is very old and not capacity of more burden and it's also illegal as per Ghaziabad Municipal corporation.

Now you are humble requested to please break their illegal house/construction.
