Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Manholes (sewer) Inner walk leakage resulting the overflow of sewerage into the local drain (nali)

I am writing to complaint about the broken inner wall of the manhole, due to which as soon as manhole overflows, the sewerage starts overflowing into the drain connected to our house walls, and results in stinking across the house area. We have complaint about this issue in the past multiple times but every time, workers just clear the blockage but don't repair the inner walls of the manhole.

You are requested to investigate the matter and ensure the manhole boundary walls from inside are repaired to ensure that sewerage is not passed through the locals drains and the manhole are cleaned deeply so that recurring issue of overflow is resolved at the earliest.
