Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Poor Water supply in SG Oasis vasundhara sector 2B

In our society water supply is not 100% ganga water.
I am paying water tax house tax on time.
The tds of water which we are getting is more than 1000 throughout the year.

May I know why we can't get 100% ganga water supply in our society.
