Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — Rain water trench chocked under the culvert and not being clean .

My house is a corner house, with two side rain water trench and a culvert over the trench at T point of road.
The Rain water trench under the culvert is totally chocked and other trenches are not being cleaned.
Due to this the water remained accommodated in the trenches and give bad smell.
Request to do the needful.
