Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — receipt of payment not received

Dear sir,
I have to submit that on 31st may -19, i have paid my residence no.123, kailawalan, richpal puri, chandar puri, ghaziabad, house tax of rs. 5099.21/= by my pnb debit card. But as soon as payment procedure was completed, payment deduction message was received from pnb but neither receipt was generated by nagar nigam, ghaziabad payment site, nor ledger available at this site displaying the paid amount of house tax by now,
Pls. Look into this matter and kindly resolve and inform me the same on e-mail id i. E. [protected]@yahoo.co.in
