Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam — right to information | |||
I had filed an rti with the ghaziabad nagar nigam on 28/01/2020 for contact information of the offices of rwa's located in ghaziabad district. I have since recieved a letter dated 1/2/2020 saying that they do not keep the information asked in the rti with them and that they are unwilling to transfer the rti to the public authority that does. They returned the rti that i had filed with them. This is in direct contravention with the right to information act, 2005- section 6 (3) which states that incase a public authority does not keep the information they will be obliged to transfer it to a public authority that does within 5 days of the application. In my locality, a factory that does a lot of noise pollution, due to which we have a lot of trouble sleeping at night, please sir/mam I request that you take action on this complaint
