I am registering a complaint against the officials not performing sterilization on Dogs in Area of Chiranjiv vihar, Ghaziabad, we are witnessing increase in the Dog Population on monthly basis causing harms to the local residents.

I request you to please act on urgent basis to help the poor troubled dogs.
