Dear Sir/Mam,

We are resident of L block kavinagar and are facing issue of stray dogs biting residents of the block. Recently they bite 15 year old child and few adults. Request you to please take this in your consideration. We have complaint many times to R.W.A but no strict has been taken till now. We are afraid of even walking in our block
